Pavlovas CLT

I was so happy to find Pavlova CLT! I have had pavlova before in Miami, FL, and was surprised I hadn't seen any bakery here that offers them. I came across Pavlova CLT on Instagram, and it's a family owned business that just started here in Charlotte. I placed my order in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Let me tell you this was to die for. Even better than the one I had in Miami. I ordered the classic strawberry one, and added Nutella. It was amazing! I ordered the medium size since I had family over and wanted to have a cool dessert after lunch. One of the things that I liked was that it was a very light dessert and not as heavy as a cake. They have a variety of flavors to top this dessert with since it's a merengue crisp crust with a soft cream filling and topped with fresh fruit. In between each layer you can find fruit compote that is a perfect combination with the merengue. You can place an order in advance for the day you would like or same day pick up. The lady who does them brings them out to your car, so perfect for curbside pick up! I'll definitely be ordering another one very soon!! If you are in Charlotte make sure to check them out!

OMG!! This is one of the best cake that I have in my life. I saw the post on Instagram and called to place an order the service was amazing and the cake is to die for. I order Strawberry, Blueberries with Nutella and the cake didn't last long I could stop eating. It was so fresh and fluffy!

Crunchy, fresh and so decadent! I had never tried a pavlova before but it might be one of my new faves. This dessert was a huge people pleaser at my dinner party. It was so nice to have something special and so yummy to serve for dessert. They were easy to communicate with. Will definitely order again.

I am SUPER picky when it comes to Peruvian food and treats being that I know how it should taste. I was hesitant ordering the alfajor cake for my 1st time using Pavlovas CLT so instead I ordered 2 dozen of the alfajor treats. OMG!!!!! so delicious that my daughter and I thought it would best to keep them for my immediate family instead of of her friends for her bday party. Lol. I know, so bad, but in my defense, they were so delicious. Next mth I plan on ordering the alfajor cake for my son's bday. Highly recommend Pavlovas CLT, especially for the alfajores Peruanos.
