Neighborhood diner for all. This diner has old school barstools and plenty of seating in what looks like a small store front. Get there early if you want the fresh biscuits and gravy as they sometimes run out. Wait staff was nice and fast. Appreciate some good ole fashion diner breakfast. Had the triple stack and sausage. Good stuff.

Great breakfast spot in downtown. First visit, we had quick service and recommendations at time of ordering. Staff greeted us and thanked us for coming. The food was delivered promptly. Standard breakfast foods that met expectations. Look forward to going again.

Staff was friendly and the food was okay but not amazing. The ambiance left a little to be desired but that's okay. My only big complaint was that the side room where we ate didn't seem to have A/C (or at least they didn't have it on) so it was very hot with the morning sun coming through the windows.

We've had breakfast twice now at Pats Place and both times the service was extremely fast, the food was good, they kept our waters and coffee filled and servers were super friendly. I saw some bad reviews from when they first opened but it seems they've worked out any of those kinks. It was extremely clean and tidy inside. We'll would definitely go back and would like to try lunch too. Oh and they have tots on the menu which is always a plus for me!

My family and I were excited to give this place try. They are local and serve breakfasts. We went on a Saturday early when they weren't busy. I ordered eggs over medium with no slime, home fries, sausage gravy and bacon. My kids got a package with bacon. My hubby a stack of pancakes and bacon. The selection for breakfast was decent, however mostly everything was a la cart, no combos. The service was pleasant and the ambiance nice. However the food was a huge let down, especially for what the charge. My eggs came out way under done, the sausage gravy was bland, the coffee weak. The bacon was over done, almost burnt. I believe they deep fry it which leaves it with a weird after taste as well. Just before our food came out I was advised they were out of home fries. The server advised their hash browns were very good. So I was deeply disappointed when I brought one hash brown which could have come from McDonalds, which they charge 4.25 for, where at McDonald's it would have only been a buck. My kids did enjoy their pancakes. Breakfast was such a let down I doubt we will be giving them a try for breakfast or dinner.
