Walked by this place on the way to the dollar store and said I am going to try this place.I Went in at 635 am and there was a line out the door. You walk in pick a flat pan and choose your pastries and then bring the pan to the friendly young lady at the cash register. She will add them up and bag them and tell you $10 for about a dozen pastry Items.Fresh, Good and Hot Coffee is available..I will go back for work events.Well Done PLE!

This visit was unplanned and my taste buds were very lucky to have experienced. The process goes: walk in, grab a tray and tongs, pick out pastries and check out.To set the scene: I do not speak Spanish so I couldn't read any of the signage.I did note a 'Cash only' sign. So, my partner and I combined what cash we had on hand. The pastries aren't labeled, so everything selected was by pure ascetic/judgement! Not knowing the prices we played it safe and grabbed 5 pastries and 1 drink, head to the counter and the very nice young lady says $7.We knew enough Spanish to confirm it was $7 and not $17!! It was $7 for 5 pastries plus a drink. We felt like we made out like bandits!!! These pastries are the size our heads - huge so we were expecting a bigger total. (We're thinking that each pastry was $1)Anyways we head home, decide to warm up all the pastries...and wow. (Warming up is the way to go) Nothing was overwhelmingly sweet, each had the perfect balance of filling ratio. 5 huge pastries and I no doubt could have ate more, and still not have gotten that 'overload feeling' Highly recommend. This is definitely family owned, baked in house. You can't beat the price.

Cute little authentic panaderia - we just got a few small loaves of bread for sandwiches and they were fantastic. Will definitely be back to try some of their pastries, cakes, cookies, etc.!

I love this place! It reminds me of living back home in California, these places were everywhere! It's a little hidden shop so you need to look for it but I love coming here because the bread is always nice and fresh and you can smell it from the outside when you walk up to it. I bring my daughter here and always let her pick something out.The people here are always nice, and it's even better because they sell tamales as well. I come here all the time.

Celebrating my son's 1st birthday, I wanted a beautiful cake to stand out. I got my cake 2 hours late and it was a disaster from then on out. The cake did not even manage to make it out the box due to the fact that it was poorly made and it was titling as though it was going to fall apart. I was devastated. Paying $175 for a cake that I could not even take proper pictures of and they do not want to take responsibility for it! I can clearly tell that the cake was rushed. The decoration was not on point and the area where it said "happy birthday Sebastian " was so crooked and squished together. I have ordered cakes from many places before and I have never experienced something like this. My son's godmother (who purchased the cake) was so overwhelmed that she started crying!!

I went there today for the first & last time!! I walked in, there was no one in the front & the casings were open. When the lady finally comes out to ring me up, she doesn't smile, doesn't say hello, nothing. She had a nasty look on her face, clearly very angry. She was throwing my pan all in the bags. She also over charged me for a churro. I didn't get my receipt so who knows what else she probably overcharged. The bread is not the best I've tasted. It's dry and tastes old. I don't recommend this place at all.

Friendly people. Great pastries. I stop by at least once a week on my way into work. Cookies and cake with sprinkles on top are my favorites.
