You have got to be kidding me.We sat for 45 minutes and asked twice what was going on? The food was sloppily thrown together and delivered by other waitresses as ours acted like she hated her job!It's a good thing you are so busy cause you will never see this problem customer again. When we brought this request to the receptionist, you couldn't throw us out as we were already out the door!And you should be ashamed of yourself as a business owner to speak the way you have over a customer service issue!

I've been a customer of the Palms Cafe since it opened, and have always loved whatever I ordered. The everyday special is fantastic to pickup for lunch during the work week, but the reuben is one of my favorite comfort foods. The omelettes, waffles, and hash browns are also amazing! The staff is always friendly, and the kitchen is quick to get orders out. Locals already know this is the restaurant to go to, but I highly recommend it to visitors!

The festival blocked off Innes ave but that didn't stop us from getting to The cafe. Upon entering we was greeted fast by a nice courteous woman who show us our seats. Our waitress came and told us of the specials. I had the BBQ ribs and my wife had the garden salad with shrimp. The food was wonderful. We polished off everything with a piece of coconut pineapple cake!

The food was delicious! I would go back and I definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I ordered my food to go and the cashier was professional and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. I will definitely eat inside the restaurant next time.

Every time my wife and I go in there we are not disappointed. We've gone in for breakfast a few times and have not had anything undesirable yet. They have a good variety of items on the menu to satisfy most everyone. Highly recommend Palms Cafe. Get there before they close at 4:00 pm.

We stopped here on our way to Virginia on our long 21 hour road trip from Texas. I have to say hands down the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! I even ordered one to save for later. They offered many gluten free items and our waitress, Logan, was super knowledgeable about the needs for gluten free, which I appreciated. Logan was super friendly and provided great services. She was on top of drink refills.

Absolutely awesome service (Cheyenne) and delicious food! The Palms Salisbury Club is loaded with BH ham and turkey with three slices of bacon! I chose cheddar instead of Swiss and the alfalfa sprouts were such a treat!
