Palmetto, what can I say! 1st Jennifer the Bartender is the best!! She makes a few out of towners feel like regulars!' The food is great and the beer is cold!! The regulars are just good friendly people and some are pretty good karaoke singers too!! The owner is a great guy who let 2 of us truckers park and spend the night in the parking lot to make your night just that much easier!! All being said, "The Palmetto is now in my GPS and I WILL BE BACK!!!

This place is the most racist place ever. Not friendly, they have the worst food and the worst customer service. Wings were so gross!

A good hometown local bar with good people, cold beer and pool tables too. Karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays, kitchen offers solid bar food and great bartenders too. Nothing pretentious here just good friendly people.

My favorite home town hang out spot! The bartenders really know their stuff and are very friendly! The food is delicious! I highly recommend the wings, onion rings, and burgers! It's a fun place to hang out! Becoming a member is easy.

Well what can I say? Talk about "I love this BAR!" hahaha (if ya don't know the song by Toby Kieth look it up)Totally up my alley, laid back, you can smoke inside, country music and alternative rock is mostly not he Juke Box. This was the first bar I have ever been too in South Carolina, I did a little search for bars close by after getting into town for a few days and finally was rested from driving 1,300 miles for 4 days, and decided to explore! I've only been in South Carolina for less than 3 weeks as I'm writing this, and I have gone to Palmetto's 3 times so far. Showed up last Tuesday and was a little surprised because It was super packed! Nevertheless I soon found out it was pool league night. Very cool atmosphere even with it being crowded the place was still cozy and comfortable. Other than I guess Tuesday it's pretty chill, the crowds come and go as any good ol boy bar. Also I must say I am a black woman, but I am country as hell and love country music and rock music, hahaha so rest assured, I haven't gotten any nasty looks whenever I go here , and everyone shows recognition to any gestures and voicing something out loud. Both the bartenders I have encountered were very laid back and non judgmental. Also just for notes sake, I do go out by myself so I'm never in a crowd. I might go on a tinder date or something with a guy and go bar hopping but 99% when I go places I go alone. Much easier that way if you ask me. Anywho! I don't mean to be too long winded and over talk a nice simple bar that I just have grown to love in a very short amount of visits. Overall! I highly recommend if you like a REAL southern bar full of old-timers and cowboys.

shitty customer service wouldn't answer my question about the pool tables just keep fucking saying we have pool league and the tables are new. That's not what I asked last!!! I am coming from over a hour away and wanted to make sure you had a table i wanted to play on!!! If you don't like customer service don't work in a bar!!!

A membership ($5) for a lifetime :) is required and can be issued on the spot with a valid ID. Boy, is it worth it!! They have cold beer, the best wings, burgers and hotdogs in town!! Three pool tables and normally Karaoke on Friday and Saturday when the governor allows

You might want to start the description for this place as "Membership Required". We tried to drop in tonight for a drink and basically heard...no can do. We weren't even offered a 'guest pass' to try and see if we wanted a membership. Oh well. Their loss.

Great hometown bar!!! Very friendly staff and costumers!!! Best hockey wings in town!
