P W's Gourmet Ice Cream

My neighbor recommended this place. My hubby and I have been twice. Good home made ice cream, and the staff is always very polite. Several flavors to choose from as well.

Craving some something sweet and PWs was a no brainer not only because they have a drive through and I didn't have to get out but because they have the freshest bananas in their strawana. There was a line but it went fast as usual. The one thing I have to complain about this time is that they shorted me on one of my ice creams and then still had to pay full price. The sundae that I got was supposed to come with 3 scoops of vanilla but I asked for one scoop of strawberry and the other two be vanilla. When I got to the window the guy once again said one of each and I corrected him twice and still ended up getting just one of each once I looked at the sundae. The sundae was good but after being corrected I feel like the employee should have relayed the message to whoever was making the sundae.

Big scoops! Fresh flavors and tasty served up with friendly service every time we visit. Nice to sit outside and enjoy a treat.

Used to love coming here but the past 3 times in a row my ice cream has been given to me practically melted/watered down. Defeats the purpose when I could have better at home that's actually frozen

Drive through is good. I like that they have a menu you can see well before you get to the spot where you place your order. PW's is always busy and they were able to move the line pretty fast. We ordered chocolate ice cream with snickers concrete and another chocolate concrete with M and M. We put it in our freezer for a good hour before eating it. They were both delicious and we will not hesitate to go back.

Death by Chocolate- omg!! This place has great homemade ice cream- scoops, sundaes, & concretes (like a mcflurry) with several toppings to add! Hometown feel! Definitely a place to go weekly!

Consistent quality of product. I really miss the butterscotch flavor milkshake, but the sundaes are also good.

Best ice cream I have ever had. I love ice cream and this place has ruined all other ice cream for me. I love their season flavors and their every day flavors. Just do yourself a favor and get your ice cream from here. You will not regret it.

I have been coming here for a while but the staff is always in a rush and the last 3 times I've been here, they got my order wrong. I get it, you want to serve as many people as possible but not if you're always in a rush & getting orders wrong. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I wanted clarification on my order and asked for a refund they wanted me to wait in line again ....

Fast service and gets the order on spot every time. The ice cream is delicious! Employees greet you with a smile
