Let me start by apologizing for not remembering your name.to the blonde headed boy with dreads thank you!! I purchased a one hose hookah. It clicks into place between the case and the neck instead of the traditional rubber piece. Tonight we lit it and it was amazing‼ I have been smoking hookah for years and this hookah hits better than any hookah I've had at home. I love it. Would recommend hookah for sure.

Tonight Kade and Brett made my experience really awesome!! I purchased a piece for something and went home but it didn't fit I came back and Kade and Brett made my exchange extremely easy! Gave me a price point and said I could exchange my item and they were SO NICE!!

Best smoke shop in University! Staff is really friendly and gets you out quick. Plus they have the best selection of pods, 10/10 would recommend.

Get a phone that works. that would be helpful. been every week for over two years and then owners changed and can no longer get what they used to stock. guess I have to find another place...

I've been coming here for the past 5 years or so (before the recent renovation) for my American Spirit cigarettes and find the prices to be the most reasonable. Employees Adam and Hannah take a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. There is a diverse selection of items at this location (cigarettes, cigars, specialty items, etc.) and something here for everyone!

they just refurbished the place and it looks pretty cool in there they have a lot of really nice cigars including Cohiba. The glass selection is okay but I really only go there for the wraps. there's nothing notably special about the shop however it has everything you need.

all good things at this smoke shop they have everything you need and more and the cigars are never stale

I think there's a new owner for this shop now and they know what they're doing! The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a rewards program and every time you shop you earn points which can turn into discounts. This shop is my go-to!

I needed some detox and couldn't find any good ones. However I came across this place today. Best smoke shop in tha Charlotte . Great products.Great service.

I honestly think this store caters to stoners. The pipe/bong/hookah section is far larger than the cigar room.As far as a selection of cigars there is a decent amount to choose from, but the selection is FAR from consistent. Wherever else I go I can usually count on them being well stocked to the point of not having to choose a different cigar every time I go.There is a little bit of everything in this store. Drinks, cigarettes, art, hookahs, pipes, bongs, etc... They do have humidors and components for them if your looking to set something up.I'm not really impressed with the service here either. I bought humidor solution, a brand I had not heard of and asked if it was a 50/50 solution... turns out it is not after being assured that it was. The attendant was a young guy, who is always there, and seemed more concerned with his lunch than customers. I bought something, started looking at a few more things and was told have a nice day as I was going to mouth a question and try to purchase something else. Similar experiences in the previous times I've been here.You'd think you'd get complimentary matches? Nope! Cigar aficionado's if your looking for a nice shop try somewhere else, I only come here on account of convenience. From now on I'll make the drive to CC mills or uptown.They do have Oliva series 5's thats the only reason I give 2 stars, and they are priced higher than others just like every cigar in the shop.
