Earlier today our son ordered three Subs To Go. The sandwiches were like always very good. When my son used my bank card to pay for them and the first time he inserted the card it stated in didn't make the transaction. The second attempt completed the purchase. I happened to look into my bank account for a completely different reason and noticed two recent identical charges on my bank card. My son called your store on New Years Eve just after they had closed and Austin took the call. Austin took actions right then to make the correction then called me on my cell phone to explain to me he had just pulled the two transactions and had refunded the second transaction. Five Stars for Austin who was very polite and one to take quick actions which I explained to Austin this kind of customer service is rare these days. Austin said, I understand! I've been supporting One Love and driven out of my way to buy from them, monthly, for years since they've opened, regardless of all the new competition in the neighborhood. I bought novo pods and juice today. When I got home I noticed the pods were too big. I didn't even take them out of the package. I called and asked if I could switch them out and they gave me a hard "no returns or exchanges". however this was clearly their fault. I can understand if it was opened, or a pipe etc. Switching these out would've been pretty effortless. I won't be back, and I won't be recommending them to others as I have in the past.

Clean and really nice service. Only 2 people allowed in the store at a time during social distancing, so there was a bit of a wait. However, the staff was very apologetic and helpful!

I was in yesterday with my friend. The two men in the cover photo ^ helped us. Not sure if they're owners or managers but they were the BEST. So knowledgeable, so helpful and sweet. This is definitely my new go to place. Plus the store is so clean and organized it makes shopping so much more refreshing. They have really cool products too! Go check them out.

Did not love the customer service. Walked in and asked for two Novo X pods. Employee gets them from behind the counter. Get home, refill, and the pods are just a bit smaller and for the Novo 3 or something. I called, spoke with the girl that sold them to me and she apologized. I asked to exchange them and she told me all sales are final but would give me a discount even though SHE did not know her product. I trusted that I was given what I had asked for and she even repeated, "Novo X?" One Love? One idiot and I'm out $11 and the wasted juice.

Bought a Hyde vape here... I specifically asked for a rechargeable one and the person helping me told me it was a rechargeable one... checked out and opened it in the store and it was leaking... so they opened another one for me.. worked fine... but noticed it wasn't rechargeable, they person asked me if I really needed a rechargeable, I felt bad they had to open it twice so I was like alright I'll give it a try. I literally hit it for 5 hours and it was Already dead. Full juice and everything.... Would not give me a refund or exchange but instead offered me a employee discount on my purchase. $19 down the drain. So much for being nice and trying to be considerate of their products being opened. Never again, just lost a customer. Also never trust a person here because clearly they don't anything about what they're selling.
