Ole Buddy's Oinker Express

This food truck is near my job once a week, so I thought to walk on over and check them out. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the smokehouse burger and it was pretty good. The beef patty I wish was more juicy but all of the ingredients were a good match with the burger. The brioche bun was a good addition.

Their pulled pork bbq nachos are AMAZING! And I got their french fries drizzled in queso. So good. Nice crew working the truck as well.

Great food! I love the "Papa" a hand breaded pork tenderloin that over hangs the bun by almost as much as sits on the bun, served with fresh cut fries. My wife loves the Fully loaded nachos. This is an all around great truck to eat at and Buddy has tried to think of everyone with chicken tender basket and all kinds of different burgers and pulled pork sandwiches right down to hotdog kids meals with cookies
