Today Me and my wife witnessed first hand the worst customer service ever. At oak hill gas station in Oakdale, my wife swiped her card, entered her pin, pumped her gas and then was asked to print a receipt. The attendant rushed out accusing my wife of stealing another woman's gas who told the attendant the wrong pump #. My wife argued that she had done everything but the attendant having zero understanding of basic customer service told my wife she needed to give the lady with wrong pump # $25 even though my wife only pumped $21. My wife was also fairly certain she followed the steps the pump asked and refused. The attendant told her she was a thief and stealing and to never come back. My wife was upset about the altercation and called me. I looked at the account and saw that it didn't charge us, but my wife would have had no way of knowing that since the machine offered a receipt. I decided to go pay even though the woman was really unprofessional because I go there a lot and it was the right thing to do.My experience was no better. The attendant was quick to yell at me even when I explained I was there to pay the bill. She told me she couldn't take a card for it because well she doesn't understand how to run a card purchase for a miscellaneous purchase. As she yelled and carried on and I said I would wait for the manager, she made sure to tell me I was stealing too. If I was stealing why would I go back to pay? That's what I went there to do, but the attendant really couldn't get her head around it or stop insulting my wife.Stupid truly can not be fixed or rationalized with. After reviewing my bank account for what I spend there, I was amazed at how much money I gave them in 2020. In gas and grill purchases, I spent almost $4,000. I drive a lot and I use to eat at their grill. I say use to because that will never happen again. That $20 is nothing compared to a tarnished reputation, the loss of 2 customers and an attendant who is so angry she can not take a breath and reason that maybe just maybe somehow her actions and incompetence had some role to play in the terrible way this all went.I have waited almost an hour to speak to the manager who told me she'd be right out. I bill at $80 / hour so I figure I will call it even and let them keep the $60 they owe me.I later found out that this place had been sold by the original owners who served great food and customer service. The new owners are obviously failing to follow in their footsteps.

I like the food at Oakhill when I can get it but the need to learn that people eat breakfast until at least 10:00. I have stopped several times between 9:00 and 9:30 only to be told there was no more breakfast. Usually they are already putting wings and corn dogs out to get cold. Today was the last straw and I don't think I will try to give them any more business.

Just a great little local spot. Best breakfast biscuits around. Pretty damn good wings too.

This place was recommended by my boss and coworker for lunch and I'm so glad I tried it! I can't remember ever eating a better tasting Cheeseburger in my life. The sweet tea was fresh and the fries were delicious as well.Oakhill is one of those hole in the wall places; they are a restaurant inside of a small gas station. I love hole in the wall places like this, places that don't look like much, but the food is better than many other restaurants. Definitely will be eating here again soon.

I can't even begin to articulate how GREAT this place is. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced.I highly recommend going for breakfast. The biscuits are out of this world. And don't even get me started on the country ham. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.Oakhill is also a small family run business and a places where everyone knows each other. Get there early though, they close the grill at 2 pm.

Lack of signage and quality of food wasn't great. There used to be a sign out front but not sure what happened to it.

Kristy and Teresa are the SUPERSTARS here! these women have been the grill masters there for years and if they ever leave you better believe this place WILL NOT be the same. They make great breakfast, lunch and dinner food. Their attitudes are always a joy to deal with. I always look forward to seeing there lovely smiles and getting yummy home cooked food! I have been going there for years now and they have never ever changed as to how they treat me as a customer. Please check them out!

Rudest employees around! I stopped going to this gas station because the morning cashier was so impolite and had no customer service skills! I recently decided to give it another try almost a year later and in the evening and it seems whoever hires the cashiers there must like rude employees. The night cashier was just as rude as my previous experience. Its worth it to drive a few exits up or down 485 and give my money to bp or 7/11. They obviously train their employees and have nicer facilities anyway! Will not be going back here again ever! and discourage anyone else to.
