Oak Valley Golf Club

I had my first official golfing experience at Oak Valley and it was amazing. I've been on many golf courses - as a volunteer, working for a sponsor, networking and conferences, and as a spectator, but I've never actually golfed.This course was beautiful and play was very reasonable priced given the quality of the course. The carts were quiet and comfortable.The holes were well-labeled and the course was easy to follow.The staff was welcoming and kindly directed us to our first hole and cart. I really enjoyed this experience and appreciate Oak Valley for making my first golfing experience really great!

One of my favorite golf courses to play on since moving to Winston-Salem. We have family who live in Oak Valley so it's pleasantly convenient for us to come here when we visit them. The course offers a variety of layouts to play from that keep things interesting and it's always well-kept.

Great course well kept fairways and greens . A must play if you up near Clemmons / Winston Salem NC .

If I am not mistaken, this is an Arnold Palmer design. And if you remember Arnold Palmer's game, it wasn't exactly based on precision off the tee but he could make make some birdies and eagles along the way with enough space. Oak Valley is like that. I hadn't played golf in almost a year and I made 2 birdies on the front 9 playing from the white tees. If you want more of a challenge you can head back to the blues or blacks.Course is interesting and fun, and is in good condition. It meanders through a housing development, so you're not exactly out in nature, but it is pleasant enough.Best of all, watch for "hot deals" on Golf Now. We got our 18 holes with cart basically for the price of a cart. Would go back any time.

Always in great shape. It's a very unique, fair golf course. Wide variety of holes. Doesn't break the bank. Service is good too. My favorite course in the area.

Great course to play for the price. Friendly staff and great facilities. The course itself was in great shape and was definitely one of the prettiest public courses in the Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. Definitely coming here again. I also had my personal best round.

Great layout and wonderful greens. Staff was helpful and ranger was very friendly. Will be back for sure.

I am a frequent player at Oak Valley Golf Club, and find that it is in excellent condition, especially given that we have consistently had hot, dry weather and it is now the middle of September. Arnold Palmer design, and every hole has a completely different layout. All bunkers were completely redone earlier this year, and they are now in great condition. Club house stall has been more than accommodating and seem to work hard to make golfing at Oak Valley a pleasant experience. Also, great value for the price. Dan G

This is one of the best public courses in WS area, almost gave it 5 stars. Good greens, interesting layout, challenging but not too difficult. Fun course to play overall. Grilled cheese at the turn is also awesome and they have tater tots. what is not to like?
