Best views of the city!! Enter the Marriott hotel and take the elevator to the top floor. We were told to go to the 6th floor but that was incorrect. This may have been to gain access, as the elevator required a key card past a certain level. We did not have reservations and took a gamble coming here on a Saturday evening. Luckily, many people were at the Marc Anthony concert so it wasn't busy until after the concert ended. Got seated within 3-5 minutes at a table close to the patio under heaters. One or two were broken but still a great experience. The patio has fire place coffee tables and comfy seating. Prettt swanky and upscale vibes, so dress to impress. The drinks are pricey...I'm pretty sure I paid $50 for 2 espresso martinis and a glass of wine. We think they had small plates but can't speak to that completely.Good for groups! Definitely make a reservation if this is the case.

The atmosphere is always top notch (views, vibe). But on my most recent visit I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food. Firstly, they've gotten rid of the signature wings - I guess the price of wings has gotten too high for them. I had to try a "pork" taco dish that sounded appealing. It was not. Literally no meat, it was all fat.Now normally I'd show my displeasure in the tip, but a mandatory 20% tip took that option away. I gave that feedback to the waitress, who gave an empty "sorry" but kept it moving. No mention of any gesture to "make it right".Nuvole, you're better than this. If you want customers to have a great experience, treat us better.

I've been here a few times over the years and each experience has been a little mediocre. It's on top of a hotel and sometimes they like to "hold the line" for no apparent reason. I presume it's to make it more exclusive. There is a fire pit and ample seating around and definitely a good date night spot! The drinks are pretty standard nothing that really stood out to me. As far as parking you should definitely Uber or be prepared for uptown Charlotte parking prices. Pros: the view is no doubt the best view in Charlotte. Con's: I've had varying experience as far as service and the drinks are about 17-20 which felt on the high end for the quality.

If you're looking for killer rooftop views then Nuvole needs to be on your list! Located inside the beautiful AC Hotel Uptown, Nuvole is a luxurious sky lounge serving killer cocktails and small plates. My father was in town recently and booked a stay here so of course I had to go pay a visit. Of course this is a great amenity for any hotel guests staying over, but it is also worth checking out if you find yourself Uptown or want to grab some drinks after work. As the name implies it is located on the 22nd floor and features panoramic views of the beautiful Charlotte skyline. You'll really feel like you are in the heart of the city. It is an indoor/outdoor bar as well so if the weather is nice then you can take it outside and enjoy the fresh air high above the city street. I love a good rooftop bar and I am glad that Charlotte is seeing more and more every year. This is a great addition to the city and I encourage everyone from out of town guests, to Uptown professionals to stop in and check out the view.

Nice rooftop. food a bit on the pricy side for what is offered, but I guess we pay for the view right? Nice ambiance. My friend and I had a great time out there people watching and catching up. Also not so loud where you can't have a conversation. It has a great view of uptown Charlotte. Would recommend for a fun night out.

Place seems to be popppppin!! Definitely a hot spot, meet up joint. Ahí nachos were good. Their happy hour was great! The views outside are amazing. Service was decent for the amount of people they had. Highly recommend making reservations. Will be back but for dinner.

Views were 10/10 and pictures worthy! I went out for drinks with a friend. I felt cool on the ride up the elevator haha. We started inside by the bar and moved outside which was not crowded by the time we were there. The music was great and our server was attentive. I got the Miami mami and couldn't believe I spent almost $25 on one cocktail in Charlotte. Too expensive.

I've been here twice and I did not like the food both times. Both time I visited with different people and they didn't like their food either. I tried to give it a second chance but probably won't try it again third time. The drinks are good though. I had the lavender mocktail. I love anything lavender and I liked the taste of the drink. I also had the empanadas which were not tasty. The vibes were good. I went for a Latin night. I loved the live performance and many people were dancing. The views are also beautiful!

Come for the view, stay for a few drinks and appetizers. The food is pricey but you're paying for ambiance. Catch amazing Carolina blues sunsets and close ups of the city skyline. Service was quick and attentive. It wasn't too crowded (It was a Wednesday in August). It's located on the rooftop of the AC hotel. Most people were dressed business casual.

Great Views, besides that, it all goes downhill from there. Begins with the passive aggressive staff, who create artificial wait times for everything, nevertheless we finally sit down and we ask are for outside and placed inside. Not a problem right, just tell the server we would like to move, yet it takes about 20 minutes for one to finally come over to us. I wouldn't mind but bar was about 1/2 capacity at best with staff of over 6 servers. 20% added gratuity now all makes sense to me. Staff talks to like I'm a child in kindergarten, when I'm dress in a suit to enjoy my night. Get an IG photo, anything else may take 3-5 business days. Drink prices aren't amazing but I can tolerate it if the service is there to match it.
