Local food truck that parks next to the Neoretic Brewery! Very nice food truck! They are friendly; extremely helpful with menu suggestions and selection and fast! I couldn't try much since everything is cooked with fish sauce but what I did have was great! Lil tip if you don't like ANY spice get the full flavor option because even the mild was HOT LOL

Have you ever driven by an interested food place quickly turned around? Yep! So the food truck was very catchy and I had tried it. Everything looked very tasty based on the pictures. We decided to try the spring rolls, milk tea, and beef dish. All the ingredients were fresh and cooked to order. I was able to try the different tea before I ordered. The owners were very friendly and suggested different items on the menu. We definitely will be back.

Get the papaya salad right freaking now. Do it.They prepped the green papaya in front of me. Lots of salty savory-ness from the fish sauce. (Or something similar. I didn't ask what they used, so that's only a guess from me.) Nice and sour from the lime juice. They asked me to choose a spice level from 0-5. (Definitely get it spicy if you like heat.)

This food truck is absolutely incredible! We have been to virtually every Thai restaurant in the Charlotte area and this little food truck blows everyone out of the water!
