We recently hired No Forks to cater a party at camp north end. We've always loved the food, specifically the empanadas and maduros. Their service blew our guests away! Not only was every order right, cooked fresh and hot, but they brought all orders into our space so our guests didn't have to wait outside for their order. Our guests raved about the food and people are still thanking us for introducing the truck to them! They were very professional and prompt. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat for an event.

I've encountered & eaten from this food truck twice - once at Armored Cow Brewing and again months later at Veronet Vineyards. These folks may not give you forks, but they know what they're doing! Service has always been friendly and helpful, despite how busy the line can get.The cubanos are amazing - I've gotten the original and also the BBQuban. The OG is super solid, but OMG that BBQ one is just delectable and a great texture. Trust me. Try it.They also have the best yucca fries I've probably ever had. My issue with most yucca fries is that the texture tends to be pretty tough, but these are so soft inside - like they mashed the yucca first and then formed the fries. I don't know what magic they use, but they're incredible, and you must get some.We also got a churro filled with dulce de leche, and it came out nice and hot with lots of cinnamon sugar coating. I didn't love the dulce de leche filling for some reason - maybe I got spoiled by spending time in Argentina - so next time I'll likely go for the regular churro.

I've been wanting to try this food truck for a while and I finally was able to go! Service was very friendly and super helpful! I ordered the beef empanada and Miami Cuban sandwich. The food was ready super quick. The beef empanada was amazing. It was probably the best empanada I've ever had! It was so juicy and had so much flavor. The Miami Cuban was very good as well. The chicken croquettes inside were nothing special, so I would probably get a regular Cuban sandwich next time. The pork inside was very flavorful and the bread was nice and crunchy.Overall, this was an amazing food truck and I hope they are in my area again soon!

So I was not interested... until the over-power smell of cuban-style, croquette filled sandwiches filled my nose after a long hike and 3 glasses of wine at the Veronet Vineyard... I was sitting on the patio, overlooking the vineyard and minding my own business when that savory smell of cuban style meats and grilled bread filled my nose, over-powering the gentle grapes in my glass.Walking around the vineyard tasting room, to the parking lot revealed what was tempting me from 110 yards away! No Forks... No Forks indeed... dont need them, just grab with hands and shove in mouth!Sandwich select was limited towards the end of the day... a SELL OUT... which says alot... but they still had some classic items and most importantly CHURROS!After I ordered I wandered back over to the vineyard and waiting with vision of churros dancing in my head... They delivered the goods to me and my dreams were answered.MUCHO recommended!

We got to try this food truck at Pour 64 in Mint Hill. My husband I both had the cuban. It was so flavorful and delicious! Big portions! I saved half for lunch the next day. Owners are super friendly! Can't wait to try out some of their other menu items next time!!

We came to Lost Worlds Brewing to try the beer and to try this food truck. I'm a fan of Cuban food and with the awesome reviews, didn't seem this would miss. And it didn't. The food was so good!! I was disappointed that the person in front of us literally ordered the last 2 chicken empanadas. However someone else said the beef were just as good, if not better, so beef it was. They didn't disappoint! The meat was super flavorful!I also had 1/2 Cuban sandwich, 1/2 pan con lechon. Wow. The cubano was easily my favorite and the one I finished at the brewery. I took most of my pork sandwich home and let me tell you - it was even better the next day! I was actually mad that I had a small portion because I'd ate some of it the night before! I'm not typically a huge fan of yuca fries, but with the aioli they served, those were amazing too! The food was really really good and the owners were very nice. If you have an opportunity to check out this food truck, definitely do.

It was a nice day and decided to try out this food truck, located Lost Worlds Brewery. This food is phenomenal and a great spot to get some Cuban food! They have a good variety of different sandwiches, small bites, as well as desserts. They are all great! This food truck travels around the Charlotte and surrounding areas and has a neat little set up. The combo team of staff is on point! The owner is cooking and making the meals and the other staff member is assisting with check-outs and delivering food to tables. It's a great operation! It is reasonably prices and you get a good portion as well! You can find out where they'll be on their Instagram. Definitely try them out if you see them around or are in the area! You will not be disappointed!

Delish! The staff/I think owners were friendly, personable and up to figure out what you may love best. The sandwich was two meals for me. The Miami Cubano was tasty but next time I would probably go for the OG....the Cubano.

I found this jewel & stumbled on this quaint place at the "Armored Cow" at Food Truck Friday. This was my 1st time having Cuban Food. The young lady was very nice and helpful with helping me decide on what I was going to order. My choice was the chicken empanada & dulce de leche churro! Very delicious. The empanada was very crisp and the stuffing OMG DELICIOUS!!!! I will definitely be back!!! Thumbs up!!!!

I was excited to try this food truck, as it had gotten so many good reviews.Maybe I experienced their food on an off night, but the Chiripan was just bread with a tiny piece of meat, no onions, but tons of potato sticks. I basically paid $15 for two pieces of bland bread. Very disappointing..
