Ninety’s Dessert Bar

I love this dessert bar! I have been here a lot and they have never missed the mark! I got the biscoff Valentine's Day cookie. Wow is all I have to say!! This cookie may be my favorite! The cookie has warm Biscoff filling with biscoff pieces on top, layered with white icing. It almost has a consistency of a biscuit because of how thick the cookie is.The vibe is cool, fun laid back with 90's theme decor. They also offer varieties of delicious over the top milkshakes for ice cream enthusiasts. Plus, more desserts.I can't wait to go back to try the biscoff milkshake!

We stopped in to try one of their desserts, this Biscoff Cheesecake...First of all, the place seemed kid-friendly with its dynamic-comic decor on the wall. However, the ambiance was very stark and cold. Maybe could have used a dimmer lighting...or overhead music. The cheesecake was good, but nothing special. The thing that kind of ruined it for me was that the presentation was crap. They put the cake in this to-go plastic carton, and basically put the Biscoff and Cream on the side. ?!? I just don't understand how all these casual joints are now resorting to flimsy paper and plastic wares and utensils...while at the same time keeping the pricing high. I mean, what's in it for the customers?? I thought I made it clear we were eating in...I mean, why the to-go carton?!? Just a current pet peeve with all these stingy restaurants-cafes out there.I felt that we could have just picked up a similar cheesecake to-go plastic carton at Harris Teeter...and ate it at home. Makes so sense to create somewhat of an ambiance with all the artwork on the walls, lotsa tables and chairs...yet dole out paper and plastic wares. So cheap!Maybe their ice creams look and taste better? Obviously not impressed on my first visit.

All the dessert options are unique. We tried the brookie Sundae and biscoff cheescake, which was delicious. Biscoff drink was another favorite. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area and up for a sugar rush

Fun, fun, fun! We tried this on a whim and I'm so glad we did. Love the ninety's inspired decor on the walls- ren and stumpy and other classic cartoon faves! The overall theme is bright and fun. Service was quick and helpful with lots of smiles. Their menu features these giant shake creations as well as build your own, brownie sundaes and scoops of ice cream. You do not need to plan on having a giant shake to enjoy what they have to offer. My shamrock shake with whip and an edible rim is a limited time thing. It was awesome. Lots of crunchy cereal, silky smooth blue bell ice cream, swirls of minty green. This was more sweet than mint but excellent. The drumstick he opted for no whip and no edible rim. It was crunchy and a good mix of nuts and chocolate and maybe Frosted Flakes? Parking was no problem in a lot shared by several businesses. This is also very close to the Winthrop campus. Good spot.

Best dessert place around. Place is very expensive which sucks but they are always great quality desserts. I used to get milkshakes but I started to get the Brookie sundae now which is soooo good. Soft cookie and brownie with ice cream is heaven. They do plenty of flavors of the month and place is always clean with nice employees. Give them a try!

I fell in love with Ninety's years ago. Distance and life paused frequent visits, but now this dessert bar has a location in Rock Hill about 7 minutes from my Dollhouse. What I recently ate: Brookie Monster ($7.85) - chocolate chip cookie/ brownie ice cream sandwich - comes with your choice of ice cream (my choice was Cookie Dough, which I will not get again not because of the taste, but because there was not any dough. I only saw and tasted chocolate chips), 1 topping (my choice: cookie crisps), 1 drizzle (my choice: caramel) - aside from my personal issues with the cookie dough ice cream, lol, the overall taste is IMMACULATE. Cool atmosphere and great ice cream. Neat little spot for the kiddos or quick dessert date.

I wanted to like this place but it was overpriced poor quality milkshakes. Yes they were fancy and looked good but flavor wise it was just go to chikfila or cook out. The service is way too slow. For two milkshakes it took about 30 minutes on only a few folks were in front of us.

Cute little dessert place. Kids love going here because of the selections they have. Milkshakes, ice cream and plenty of topping. Love the art on the walls and the music playing. Staff is really friendly. Place is usually clean.

This ice cream parlor has cool graffiti interior with of course nineties vibes. The ice cream selection is large and awesome flavor selections. They have mondo sized cookies to top with ice cream. And they serve Afogato. Definitely returning for more and a solid recommendation. Service is nice and relatively quick. It's perfect to grab a cone and stroll by the beautiful looking college adjacent to it.
