Nefelie's

First time to Charlotte and we found this place in a cute area close to the Arena. Great pizza!!! Also, the service was 5-Stars and the team couldn't be nicer! "I'll be back!"

NomNomNom. We love Nefelie's! Great Greek food in a casual setting. Staff is great. Prices are very reasonable! Lots of TV's to watch our fav sports. They also have outside seating, which is nice when the pup tags along w us.

After hearing good things about Nefelie's and reviewing their menu I decided I had to give them a try on a Wednesday to try the Stuffed Chicken special. Walking inside the restaurant you will be initially confused. The restaurant is upstairs and there is a bar downstairs. You have to walk up the stairs and then an employee greets you. I ordered take out so I just hung around the front. There is a service charge for using your card. I wasn't that impressed with the food or the service. The side items were better than the entree. I got two orders of the stuffed chicken and a couple different side items. The fried okra, the creamed spinach and hummus were all good. The service was subpar and the person taking my order was actually kinda rude. I'm glad I gave them a try and can definitely check off another eatery downtown. I however will not be returning. I'm a big fan of Nefelie's. I can always count on a good gyro or chicken wings when needed. They have a variety of foods available and they have a great gyro in my opinion.They are located in the Latta Arcade alley. Parking is available on the street or in garages. Uber, scooter or walking to this place is recommended. It's a great location on game days, where you can grab something to eat along with a beer/drink! Staff is friendly and helpful also.

Horrible service staff. Ordered a beer here and was handed a warm bottle. Asked for a different one that was cold and the server called me "an "ungrateful white bitch" for the request. Both myself and my husband both tried speaking to another bartender who seemed to be in charge about it and they refused to even allow a conversation. I emailed management later to let them know and nobody got back to me. This was back in 2019 and I haven't been back since. Shocked they are still in business. They don't care about their customers or providing good drinks / food, and are likely only in business due to location/proximity to other better establishments that fill up late at night.

Ordered delivery and the food came out to be so, cold. Portion was indeed a lot with the price but ... I didn't find any of the cold food enjoyable. The foam box was too purely made one box that my colleague ordered even broke while she was just taking it out from the bag.

We had lunch brought in from Nefelies. It's located in the Latta arcade which is an awesome restaurant and shop section uptown.I ordered the nefelies salad with Greek dressing on the side. The dressing was delicious! It was a good portion and had a lot of chicken on top. The toppings blended well together and I would get the salad again. It also came with three pita pieces which is an added bonus!Other coworkers got pita sandwiches and meat and two sides. The order was accurate and all of the portions were generous.I will order from here again.

This is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch uptown. Although I've been many times, the Lemon Pepper Chicken is what brings me in. It's so good. I always place my togo order upstairs at the window. It's quick and painless. There is a bar to sit at while you wait. If you go during normal lunch hours, expect there to be a lunch rush and the order could take a little longer, but it never takes a long time. I'm normally in and out within 15 minutes. I normally get the same sides when I go too. I order the roasted potatoes and the fried okra. With the lemon pepper chicken, I always get the sauce on the side and use it more as a dip. I find that the sauce can be a little over powering if it's poured onto the chicken. This way I can flavor it as needed. They have specials Monday - Friday, so there is always something on special to try out. Monday is Lemon Pepper Chicken day :) I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try out a new place uptown without breaking the bank to do so. There are so many restaurants uptown now, it's a little hard to make it to them all, but if you are on the Wells Fargo side, it's worth the trip for sure. If you are in a hurry, go after 1 PM.

Good gyros. Flavorful and juicy! Decent pizza . Very nice wait staff. I came with my kids and I feel like the staff was so helpful in making sure we were taken care of. The lemon chicken and pork chops were delicious and great fries. Really fun environment.. it's a pub, so understand that and you will be fine. Will return and try other Greek item
