Very happy to have a sushi restaurant nearby! This was our first try, so we got both sushi and ramen. Our server was sweet, but when asked which ramen she recommended, she said she'd never tried any, but told us the most popular ones. I really think servers should eat the food they're selling or at least try it so they know what it's truly like. She was otherwise a good server. Atmosphere could use a little warmth, but the furniture was nice and looked brand new.I chose the Spicy Maki combo (spicy salmon, spicy tuna and yellowfin sushi) and had miso soup with it. Soup was yummy, although the seaweed pieces were a bit big. Sushi was fresh and yummy. My husband had the Shoyu ramen with pork and really enjoyed it. It came with a ladle that was a bit awkward, but I gave him the soup spoon from my soup after he used a fork to eat the noodles and other chunky ingredients. He enjoyed it, but thought it could use a bit more flavor.House sake is a great deal!We will definitely be back. I look forward to trying some specialty rolls next time!

Best sushi I've ever had. We came in 30 minutes before closing and the staff was still very kind and attentive. The restaurant was clean.

The wait staff were friendly and hard working. The sushi was decent, and the presentation was nice. I wasn't a fan of the ramen. I've eaten A LOT of ramen over the years in various cities, and this was just meh. I think overall the prices were also a bit steep. I will probably try it out again, but will only be ordering sushi.

Ok, so I've been hearing A LOT about this place and how it is supposedly amazing, so I recently decided to try it out. Here's my full breakdown:Ambiance- 3/5The aesthetic was nice; there were posters and some Japanese-themed furniture and appliances, but I think it still could've used a little more to really bring home the thought of "Hey, I'm a JAPANESE RESTARAUNT!" Music was okay, but then again, going back to aesthetics, it could've been more Japanese-themed; when I went in it seemed randomized and with no specific purpose.Food- 4/5I've heard mixed reviews about the food, and I've got to say, I agree. The ramen, though my opinion may be biased since I'm not a ramen guy (I've only ever had Maruchan lol,) I thought was bland and devoid of any kind of spiciness or sort of kick, which I expected out of ramen. Conversely, the sushi was VERY good; the flavors blended perfectly and it tasted fresh and well-prepared. I could tell that the chefs obviously knew what they were doing.(and were quite good at is as well!) I also tried one of their desserts, of which I chose the vanilla mochi ice cream, and surprisingly, I really enjoyed it! It reminded me of a creme puff- the outside was bland and nothing really stood out, but then when you bite into it, the flavor just explodes in your mouth! I DEFINITELY will be back for the ice cream and the sushi, but the ramen is a hard pass for me. (Though I may try it again in the future to see if they turn it around)Service- 5/5The workers were very nice; I could tell they were trying their best and not being rude or trying to be fake. Everybody (the workers) who were in their were all hustling and not slacking whatsoever, so you've got to give them that! The food came out in a timely manner, albeit in a jumbled fashion, as some of our entrees came out before appetizers, but it was fine- at least the food came out in the first place!Overall, I enjoyed my experience and definitely WILL be back! Rating- 4/5

It's ok. Service was fine. Staff were friendly. They tried. Two chefs working. Speed of service was acceptable. Prices are too high for what we received. While our favorite places are charging around $10 per bowl of ramen, Naruto averages approximately $16. Spring rolls are fried instead of steamed. (3 rolls for $7.00). California Roll was good ($6). Coke was $3 for one glass. Tea was $3.25. We were hoping for a much better experience. Unfortunately, we won't be adding this place to our normal dining experiences.

it's Monday afternoon and my wife and I just had lunch here. Open the doors and no other customers yet there are four in employees and a four year year-old who is wailing he is the child of one of the employees continues to whale for a good five minutes, while the hostess just tells us to sit anywhere, so we do. The stench of rotting fish fills our nostrils as the waitress approaches our table. I remember that you're never supposed to order fish on a Monday. I decide to play it safe by ordering minimally. i'll just have the vegetable tempura please. It includes shrimp. She says I tell her I just want the vegetable tempura. Just add more in place of the shrimp, please. She stares at me, not comprehending. I go with it. Yes then I'll have the shrimp and vegetable tempura. while we wait for our food to be prepared, the child has been quieted, only to be replaced by three very loud speaking employees standing 15 feet from us. I can't understand them because they're speaking Vietnamese. my shrimp and vegetable tempura arrives. It is very greasy and to my surprise, I learned shrimp is not curled, it actually grows straight, and a unified diameter and taste remarkably like some sort of whitefish that has been processed. I want to wash it down with a draft beer, but they have none. Only the subpar American standards. No Japanese can or bottled beers in this so-called Japanese establishment. What a shame.
