there was a time when prices like these would make a person think twice about stepping inside but the current regime has seen to it that we are all poor on about the same level. thanks Brandon ;-\MMD has all the charm of a waterfront rendezvous and the nervous polish of a west side gin joint except without the zoot soots and cigarette girls. they've been here for a while and I was really stoked about the grand opening except that it seemed to be at best an almost a whispered suggestion rather than a real date on someone's calendar. probably would have been helpful if I ever looked at their social media or something instead of watching the changing signage on the building but whatever...so yeah, it's a place and there's drinks, and they got a bar and some little curtained tables on the other wall and regular tables in between and it's pretty okay I suppose. barkeeps are well mannered and sociable and will provide cocktails or mixed drinks at your request - call or well, it's all the same to them. Elvis felt a little heavy on the peanuts, light on the banana, but plenty creamy enough for a dead guy. mixed older crowd when I stopped by so I didn't feel out of place; it's a nice place, it could even be your place, but it's not quite my place :-\

We continue with the Murto Made Painkiller, prepared with Murto Made Banana Fosters Rum from New Orleans, this drink makes you feel like you are in the beach. All the handcrafted drinks were make using their own Murto Brand spirits. Which you can get for an affordable price at their location.Definitely Murto is a place to visit during your visit to Downtown Mooresville!!

This was our first time visiting the Mooresville location we found the distillery inviting, and pleasant. The servers and bartenders were friendly and helpful and we can't wait to go back.The drinks were on point and we loved the Halloween inspired theme! The distillery is a welcome addition to the downtown scene.

Stopped in for some before dinner cocktails on a Friday night. We were greeted with smiles & a warm welcome and advised to sit wherever we like.We chose one of the tucked away booths along the side. This spot is too freaking cool. A nice, chill vibe with Prohibition style decor. Loved the coat hooks in the booths. Our server Tyler was great & got those Murto mules out to us swiftly. The bathrooms were super clean & well equipped with all the necessities for ladies (feminine hygiene products, hair spray, lotion, etc.)Enjoyed our visit. Gotta hit it up again.

Lauren is a master mixologist. My wife and I had painkillers, Trish had the berry pickin (pictured) and Steve had the distillers choice. Great ambiance with the blues paying in the background and a view of Main Street in quaint old town Mooresville. There was a car show going on while we're here. This is a must stop for anyone coming to Mooresville.

I really liked this place. We stopped by before our dinner reservation and had a good time. I can't remember the exact names for two of our drinks but I remember enough to order them again lol. We got a classic Negroni (thank you to the House of Dragon cast for bringing this one to my attention) and two others. The drink I ordered was pecan pie something and it was made with bourbon. The last drink was something banana... I think it was banana fosters maybe? My friends said it was good but I avoid banana flavors like the plague so I didn't give it a try. I tasted the Negroni and it was pretty good. Campari is something that you either tolerate or hate so it's not for everyone but it wasn't too strong that you couldn't enjoy it. The pecan pie drink that I got was something! I don't drink frequently but when I do, I like a good old fashioned so I'm no stranger to bourbon. Bourbon and I are cool, we're friends, but that drink can definitely put some hair on your chest. It had a very sharp flavor which wasn't what I would expect for a pecan pie drink. I figured they would have gone with a more buttery bourbon but hey I still liked it.The place itself has a really good ambience and I'll definitely be back. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the service was a tad slow. Craft drinks take time, I get that but it looked like there were only two employees working when I was there. Just about all the tables were taken up and I don't think two is enough to run the whole bar. It's possible that a coworker called out or there was a scheduling issue so if I go back and it's better, I'll definitely update the review.

Drinks and staff were top notch. Went in on a weekday and there was little traffic in the space. But when I tell you the drinks were well prepared, this would be an understatement.

Cool place for an after-dinner or late night drink. Bartenders are friendly, imaginative and aim to please. Truly enjoyed the apple butter whiskey cocktail; perfect for the season. Patrons were friendly and everybody seemed to be having a good time. Oh, and my wife said the S'more drink was deeelicious!
