Amazing and authentic Mexican food for a small town. I've eaten there multiple times and has been great every time. Service is quick and polite. Prices are reasonable for the large portions of food. Just check the photos attached! My family will keep going back and recommend you try it!

Done with this place. Waited 45 minutes for tacos. I mean ground beef tacos. I could have drove to Taco Bell in Albemarle in the amount of time I wasted here!

One of the best local, family oriented Mexican restaurants in the county!! The food is delicious, fresh & generous portions! The staff is friendly, professional & prompt!! The new bar & outside tables make this a great place for just hanging out with friends.

I can't believe this restaurant has only one review. I wanted to get a nice lunch otw to the lake being on the Montgomery county side I decided to hit this up first. The restaurant that was here before Mr. Tequila was a Italian restaurant called Milano's. You can tell right away many upgrades to the interior took place that was well overdue. New tables, chairs, booths, flooring and even replacing the tired old drop ceiling redone nicely with black T grid and black ceiling tiles. I was a little early for lunch and so were many others. The pick up window for call in orders stayed relatively busy while I was there. I ordered the lunch special #5, beef burrito, beef taco and rice that surprisingly came out pretty quick. It was great and I would definitely return. They have plenty of Mexican beers on hand served in bottles, many of my favorites at that. On a good note the sanitation grade was 98!
