We did takeout tonight and tried the grilled chicken meal, all white meat, with 3 family size sides of green beans, black beans and rice and a garden salad. The food was prepared within in the timeframe promised through the app and was still nice and warm when we got it home. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy, the green beans were seasoned wonderfully and the other sides were great as well. There was plenty of food for the two of us and we have leftovers! My husband also tried an empanada and really enjoyed it as well. We got the spicy sauce and green sauce to go with it. The spicy was the only one I tried, it had such a good flavor and complimented the chicken so well.

A quick lunch and I was able to get close to my keto diet. Most of the sides are fries or plantains or other high-carb stuff, but they do offer a side salad and some green beans. Not perfect, but good enough.The quarter chicken (white meat) was moist and delicious. Meaty and flavorful. Nicely cooked skin with seasoning.Definitely great for a full meal. Server was beyond nice so A+ for effort but the chicken was absolutely horrible. When I bit into the leg it was horribly overcooked, I thought no big deal as I ordered the whole chicken for left overs to take to work. NOPE! It was so overcooked and DRY. It reminded me of National Lampons XMAS Turkey, poof air bones and leather. Atmosphere was nice as well but I'm paying for the FOOD and if Chicken is part of your name I would expect you know how to cook it. The chicken wrap my wife ordered she said tasted was good but everything was blended to the same texture.

Food is always extremely inconsistent, as well as service. Sometimes it's good, but sometimes its just downright a waste of money for the price paid. Last time I ordered takeout on Friday, the beans were completely overpacked and exploded in the bag, the salsa verde was not securely places in the bag and spilled everywhere, and the actual food itself was just so small of a portion and honestly so disappointing. I love colombian food, but I'd recommend going to Los Paisas in Pineville over this garbage. Mr. Pollo is only worth it if you go in honestly, and even then the service takes forever.

I'm originally from Miami and when I moved here I never thought I would get to have that true authentic taste ever again, but they proved me wrong. Everytime i try to place an order over the phone, there is no answer. i have driven two different times to place the order and to find out what's happening to their phones. Same answer was given "charger got disconnected ". They told me that i can place order online however their whole menu is not on there either.Wondering how much business they could gained by simply checking their phones first thing in the morning to make sure the charger is connected or just have it fix.This is part of providing a better service
