Mr.3's CrabPot Bar and Grill

Literally some of the best seafood I've had in a LONG time. I had been craving a seafood boil for weeks and this for sure did the job. The guy at the register was so nice and chill. I was kinda sad the patio was closed but it was due to a recent tornado we had so totally understandable. My food came out hot and fresh!! I got the seafood pan with lobster, shrimp, two clusters, corn, and sausage and all three seasonings. It was amazing. The crab legs were cooked perfectly and not too overdone. My boyfriend got two crawfish boils. Even those were good. I will say that because he is from Louisiana and I lived there for some time, nothing tops Louisiana crawfish because of the spice. But overall it was really good considering we're in NC and the season is basically over. And if you get a drink, get their lemonade!!! So fire.I think my only complaint was the music was too loud inside but the guy was so chill and nice and I asked him to turn it down a little and he did. Def will be back and have already told friends and family.

Where's all my seafood lovers ? If she loves seafood she's toxic so they say lol. This past Saturday myself and few friends went and drove the seafood yacht . Omg we left out of there some fat rats ! I suggest you and at-least 6 friends go in and split this it's enough for up to 6 or 7 friends etc. They also have a location in Charlotte for pick up orders only but that location doesn't offer the seafood yacht . The yacht includes shrimp,lobster,crab legs, whole potatoes& corn on the cobs. The price point for this show stopping yacht is $350 it's worth every penny ! They still have some of the best seafood around and if you guys didn't know yet they now also have a sit down brick and motor located in Gastonia that you see here in the footage where you can enjoy your meal along with drinks and more , & like I always like to say for you hookah lovers they offer that as well . Oysters are served at the Gastonia location everyday but the Oyster bar is open Saturdays with a full menu of drinks as well as the adult Capri sun pouches .Go & get seafood wasted !

I was just so obsessed with Crab legs and steam to seafood when I was pregnant so this place was a lifesaver

Food and service were outstanding!! The young man that helped us today during our first dining experience here was so nice! The food was dynamite! We had the Thursday shrimp special and it was more than enough and fought to finish every bite! Will definitely be back! Maybe even tomorrow lol .. my husband had the blue lemonade and it was so good! Highly recommend this place and will for sure be back!

I have been craving crab for MONTHS & someone referred this place to me! Lemme tell you, they did NOT DISAPPOINT! I will NEVER buy seafood from anywhere else! Everywhere you go now, everyone is ill because they're short staffed but they were so great, even being short staffed. The young guy at the counter was extremely friendly & polite as well & the two other people that came out the back were very happy & friendly!!! Great service!! I downloaded this app just to leave this review! They're literally amazing!

Now this place is my standard for crab boil. Better than Twisted Crab and juicy crab hands down. Amazing food - amazing

When I want seafood with some flavor, this is my spot. There's several locations in the area and this one is the largest with some indoor seating. Parking was easy and it was easy to find.I went with the ultimate crab pan which basically comes with a little of everything, and everything was good. You can see and smell the seasoning before you even dig in so you know it's going to be good. I had crab legs, lobster, scallops, crawfish, shrimp, potatoes and corn and it was heaven. The tray is enough to feed a couple people easily. I'll definitely be back in soon.

So after hearing about this place over a year, I'm just now getting a chance to check it out. I ordered the Seafood platter $21.99 It included " Crab- Sausage-Potatoes-and Shrimp"Everything tastes great. I also ordered the Seafood rice, it was pretty good as well. My daughter ordered the Shrimp alfredo- she loved it!. We also purchased the specialty drinks they make in-house This won't be the last time.

Pros- the portion size is worth the price . I had the super combo platter with 2 crab clusters , lobster tail , shrimp and the side of corn, sausage , and potato. The lobster tail was seasoned just right . The shrimp were cooked well and tasted yummy. The crab clusters were very good . They definitely put a lot of garlic butter sauce on everything .Con- The potato's were undercooked and a little crunchy . The corn was just ok and well as the sausage. Last the garlic sauce they use is missing something that would set them apart from their competitors. It doesn't penetrate the crab leg meat itself and just sits on the bottom of the container, your hands , or the crab leg shell. So question is do you do Mr 3s Crab Pot or Seafood Connection ? Both have similar menus and pricing. Honestly Seafood connection has long lines and wait times for a reason their seasoning is the best in the Queen City. Their potato's and sweet corn are always cooked right . If I have the time I would pick seafood connection over this place. Mr 3s is ok but can use improvement with just the right touch.

the food was sooo good and the service was AMAZING!! the guys were so respectful!! the restaurant itself was a little small but i took it to go!!
