Very fun place to customize our popsicles. However, the toppings really overpower the ice cream flavor. Next time we would select a less powerful topping but we wish the ice cream taste was richer so that we didn't have to. Very friendly staff and cute on the inside

Morelia Gourmet Paletas is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful treat! My best friend and her husband were visiting and just returned from trip visiting family in Puerto Rico. As we were strolling by to head to our restaurant destination, we decided to give it a try. They have had paletas on several occasions when traveling to PR and truly were excited! The paletas are simply amazing! I opted for the Key Lime on with graham crackers, which was like indulging in a slice of Key Lime pie in popsicle form. It was the perfect refreshing treat on a warm day. My friends were equally impressed with their choices. My best friend did mention the one she had in PR was a bit more creamer, but it was truly delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a unique and delicious dessert, Morelia Gourmet Paletas is definitely worth a visit!

I got a cookies and cream paleta for free before the Charlotte FC game, and it was absolutely delicious! Creamy, flavorful, and a perfect treat on a hot day. After trying this, I can definitely say it's worth a visit. I'll be coming back soon to try more of their paletas!

I really enjoyed grabbing an ice cream bar from this spot with friends last night! I ordered the Oreo cheesecake with caramel pop, got it fully dipped in dark chocolate (vegan and still AMAZING), and topped with cookie crumbs, coconut flakes, and graham cracker crumbs! It was literally amazing and I would order the exact thing again, although I am tempted to try more flavors of their base pops.The girl who was working the shop solo was very nice and explained the whole concept to us once she learned it was our first time! The only thing that could have been a little more clear is the pricing breakdown for everything. I essentially thought that there were set prices and your dip/sauce and a couple toppings came with it! Totally fine that this is not the case, I just was not aware before ordering. It was really delicious overall, and after tipping 15% I was at around $11 for one pop with several toppings, just for reference. Most pops completely plain are like $6-7.

I ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake paleta, which was creamy and pretty good. I'm glad I paired it with the Crunchy Hazelnut dipping because the textures and flavors went well together. The price of a paleta can add up, especially if you order more toppings (each dipping + topping is an additional $1), but it's a good place to go for a sweet treat.

So good!!! BUT... the white female that worked tonight at this time was extremely rude. Instead of saying "I'll be with you in a moment" she told us "be patient". We asked for flavor suggestions and she said "I have no suggestions to give". She also had a huge hickey on her neck that was visible which is completely unprofessional. She chose to restock ice creams while the line started going out the door. Fire her or give her customer service training and I'll change my 3 to 5 stars!

Such a fun concept and cool treat! We came in after dinner on a Saturday evening and were helped right away. Be aware that upon ordering, you're going to need to put your decision-making hat on! First, decide on a paleta. Then, choose a dip. Finally, choose a topping. We went with a dulce de leche paleta (which is also filled with dulce de leche), dipped in cookie butter, topped with coconut. It was messy to eat and delish! I love that you can customize your creation, so there are limitless ways to enjoy!

These desserts are amazing, and every single one of us came up with an interesting combination. We were all looking our little wooden sticks at the end, not wanting to miss a drop.The quality of product is great and the price is reasonable. The staff was really pleasant and patient with all the kids and their choices. Indoor and outdoor covered seating was offered in a clean fresh environment. Though parking was a bit of a challenge it is a unique treat and worth it.
