Momo Donuts

We occasionally drive to Rock Hill from central South Carolina. I was looking for places to try and MoMo came up. What a treat!! We get donuts here every time we come to visit (if we can) because it's that good. I've driven an hour for donuts for the holidays. The staff is exceptional. They are pleasant to work with and very accommodating. We've called in our order days in advance and they made sure everything was ready to go. It's a place you don't want to miss! Make sure you go before they sell out each day. You won't regret it.

I've only had one donut so far but I don't think my usual 3 visits before reviewing will change my opinion. We had a work function to celebrate birthdays for the month. Out the jump the donuts look fluffy and delicious. Many options from maple bacon, fruity pebbles, chocolate covered, old fashioned glazed, blueberry glaze, raspberry filled, red velvet crumble and glazed, etc. Not sure if they had one with nuts but I'm sure it can be made upon request. I had picked the Red Velvet Crumble. It looks so pretty and it was the only one. I got a photo taken for me so I picked at it first. I will look for this shop and stop in. The prices via Yelp is great!

Delicious! The donuts are big with ample toppings, and priced fairly. I can see why there were so many folks flooding the store. In my top five all-time of donut shops.

Oh great variety and freshness daily. I can't tell you how great and fresh these donuts are. I always want 1 of ever thing. Great size too.

Cute small shop in Rock Hill with a good variety of donuts.I decided to go with the fritter and the cinnamon roll as I LOVE both - they are huge. They were both good - especially after you warm them up, but not up there with my favorites of either.I wouldn't come out of my way from Charlotte for these again, but if I lived in the area, they'd definitely be my preference over nearby Dunkin.

These doughnuts are the freshest doughnuts i have ever had. The maple bacon and chocolate frosted were my top picks but they have dozens of varieties to choose from.

Woke up early to finally try the donuts I have been hearing so much about! As a Californian, I'm pretty picky about my donuts and it's been hard to find a fresh donut place that gave me the feeling of being back home. I am happy to say... I found the perfect place! We arrived when it opened, boy, was it a treat! Easy to park in front and the whole store was ready for business with a massive amount of pre-folded boxes ready to go! The service was very friendly and we were in and out in 10 minutes flat! We could tell this is a hidden gem because everyone started trickling in behind us to get their Saturday morning treats for their families etc. I ran into another Californian in line who also agreed this is the flavors we grew up with, clean, sugary, but the cakes were expertly made with flavors that hit the spot. Our ratings were these, Raspberry Filled was our favorite because that jam center was so good with Bavarian Cream filled right behind it, next for us was the glazed and glazed iced, and the cake donut was a nice difference in density but it was still light, and the apple fritter had great flavor we just think it fried just a minute too long before being iced. No matter what, all the donuts had a superior flavor and texture than any other donut I have had in Charlotte area. worth the drive and a great treat once in awhile!

I think I'm in love with Momo. Well. OK, her donuts at least. True confession, I've been here at least a dozen times before. Why haven't I written a review? My excuse, if you call it that, is that I only review places I've physically eaten at. But Momo's has virtually no place to even sit, it's take-out only. Perhaps subconsciously I've been trying to keep these incredible donuts to myself. It's too late, though, the secret is out. Momo's stays busy from opening until she inevitably runs out mid-day; on weekends there is now often a line.You won't find any exotic flavors here, no Yuzu Meringue, no Hunk'a Hunk'a Burnin' Peanut Butter Banana. What you will find are all of our favorites, baked fresh daily and of the highest quality and consistency, reasonably priced and served by helpful and friendly staff. Everyone has their favorite, mine are the Apple Fritters. Perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, full of fruit and cinnamon and sweetness. Absolutely delicious. I also like the Bavarian Cream-Filled, while my wife likes the Glazed Old-Fashioned. There are SO MANY choices, I've yet to try them all.Be sure to visit Momo's on your next visit to Rock Hill. Heck, why not make a special trip? They're that good. (Just save a few for me.)

Best doughnuts in the land, and that includes North and South Carolina. They know how to make delicious classic doughnuts. The doughnuts themselves are big and full of flavor, the service is great and prices are even better. My go to spot!

9:30 am traveling from Charleston to Ohio and needed donuts and yelp pointed the way to this place. Huge (30m) line. Worth every minute. Best apple fritter I have ever had. Staff was wonderful. Several customers let us cut ahead since we were on the road. Amazing - so bought them each a half dozen.
