Date: May 6, 2024Atmosphere/Ambiance: Very nice and big.Staff: Friendly and excellent service (Our Waitress and Chef)Food: Shrimp and Teriyaki Chicken. Salad with ginger. Miso Soup.Drink: Water, and a Sweet TeaI went to celebrate a birthday dinner with my brothers and a few others. The waitress we had was very friendly and professional. She made sure that we were taken care of. The chef we had was so funny and friendly. He made sure our food was good too. The miso soup was excellent. The shrimp and teriyaki chicken were delicious. Salad was good. The vegetables and rice were good as well and you got a lot to take home. I got a California roll. For myself, I paid around $46. Overall a good experience, we went around 8pm on Monday. I wish I had got the waitress and chef name. Luckily the chef is in one of the pictures, he wants to be famous so if you want him, just show them the picture from my review. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. First let me say, if you are coming here especially on a Saturday, make a reservation! We had a 10-15 minute wait while those who didn't make a reservation waited about 2 hours. The food was very good along with large portions. You can share a meal with an additional charge instead of getting another massive meal. They give you a huge amount of rice. The place is lively and exciting, and the hibachi chefs definitely keep you engaged and entertained. A good time with good food is always on the menu.

What a great experience. My kiddos and I were loving the atmosphere, it was so much fun and a great way to spend the evening. Our chef, Kelden, was fantastic. He made our food exactly how we requested. He took everyone's food preferences and allergies into account. It was a great meal and so much food that we had lunch for the next two days!

Had a great experience here. Certainly enjoyed the sake and the show. Was surprised to see how busy it was for a Tuesday night! They have nice wait staff and a clean restaurant and bar. As far has the actual food it's ok. They give you a mountain of rice which makes everything else seem like a small portion. The salad was just a cup of dressing with a few lettuce pieces floating. Wish I had taken a picture it actually made me laugh.

It is exactly what you would expect in a Japanese restaurant. Food and service are very good. Pretty good show to go along with the meal. Nice for special occasions like birthdays.

We usually go to Yamato, but since it has closed we decided to give Miyabi a try. We were not disappointed! We took my son there before he left for boot camp and it was delicious. The cooks were funny and efficient. It is more open than Yamato, in my opinion, and not as loud.

We were look for a Japanese Steakhouse that was reasonably priced.Miyabi was the answer. The hostess said it would be 20-30 minutes before we were seated. We barely got our order from the bar and they were ready to seat us. Total wait time to be seated was less than 10 minutes. The staff was attentive to everyone's drink orders. The chef, Sam, was very funny and prepared our order at just the right pace. There was so much food we couldn't eat all of it. We ended up boxing up our leftovers and taking them with us. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Where do I start? This restaurant used to be one of the best sit down hibachi restaurants in town. For the $$ that you pay, it definitely has lost its charm. The bones of the restaurant are still there but the fine dining experience is severely lacking. It has been several years since I've been there, and if I had known its current state, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money. To me, cleanliness in a restaurant is EVERYTHING! If the restaurant is not clean, it makes one feel like that kitchen is probably not clean either. The lobby was clean enough, but walking into dining area you could see the obvious dirty carpet, walls and just the general lack of cleanliness. The chairs could all use an overhaul, as well as literal tightening of the screws. The tables around the grills could also use resurfacing - they all look old.It is not my first inclination to complain, but there are too many things going wrong here! Mangement needs to address all these and more. The food was lack luster, and the presentation, well, I've had better presentation at the TG Hibachi at half the cost. Our hibachi chef was great, there was absolutely know complaints there, he was attentive, familiar with who's order was whose and was entertaining and pleasant. Just so very disappointed - it used to be a total experience, from the ambience, to the service to the food - it will be long time before I come back if ever.

A Sad End to a Long-Standing TraditionFor 15 years, this sushi spot has been our go-to for quick date nights--a reliable choice for quality food and (what used to be) decent service. Unfortunately, after our most recent visit, we've decided this will be our last.Despite the ever-increasing menu prices, the service continues to plummet. The waitstaff seemed disengaged and incapable of handling basic requests. Case in point: I had to personally go to the bar to get a drink for my wife after asking about it three separate times. That was the only "service" we received all night that felt remotely efficient--and it was performed by me.Yet, despite this lackluster experience, the tipping prompts now boldly suggest 20%, 22%, or even 25%. Let's do some basic math: if the cost of food has gone up 30% (and it certainly feels like it has), then even tipping at the same 15-20% rate now costs significantly more. And for what? Poor service that doesn't justify the premium. If we're being honest, the most generous tip deserved that night was 10%.It's disheartening to say goodbye to a place that's been a staple of our dining routine for so long. But at these prices, with this level of service, we can't justify coming back. It's a shame--this restaurant used to know how to balance quality, affordability, and service. Sadly, those days are over. Save yourself the frustration of garbage service and gouging prices by getting a sushi platter and a candle at Lowes grocery store....you'll even have solid leftovers.

The food was really good! The service was just ok for me. Party of 5, We had a 730 reservation, arrived on time, but we had to wait 15 min before we were seated. We then waited another 10 min before anyone came by our table. Server was great once she arrived. Hibachi chef was good but not great. Took an additional wait time of 15 min before he arrived, and the cooking station didn't look clean.
