Mimosa Grill

Mimosas Grilled is my work team's go-to lunch spot whenever we are in the office. It is located inside the Wells Fargo building. The interior is cozy and spacious with large windows. We usually make reservations through OpenTable and they're always able to accommodate our group on busy weekdays.I'm not sure how often Mimosas Grill updates their lunch menu but I always see new items whenever I visit. Portion sizes are solid for the price and I would say it's generally around $15-$25 for lunch. Service is friendly and consistent. We never had to wait too long for our food and everything I've had so far has been pretty good. I can't speak for the parking since I walk from the office but if you're uptown and need a solid lunch spot, this is the a great option!

We visited Mimosa Grill before seeing a show at the Belk Theater. It was a short walk from our hotel and a short walk to the theater. Mimosa Grill is a solid example of a farm to table restaurant. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and were interesting. One of the dishes had kohlrabi as an element. My spouse ordered the half roasted chicken and I had the salmon. We were hungry when we came in and each of us ate our entire portion. I would consider the portion sizes to be reasonable. Not huge, but not small, either. The protein came paired with a delicious side. The chicken was thoughtfully deboned and served with mashed potatoes and winter season veggies. The salmon came with a risotto that included greens (spinach, if I recall correctly). The menu also lists the farms where Mimosa Grill sources their food. We finished off with peppermint bark cheesecake. Service was good--attentive and friendly. The prices were reasonable for a scratch kitchen with locally sourced food. I would return.

The service here was excellent! The food was alright. Everything seemed locally sourced. The portions were not big. What stoodout was the garlic and herb focaccia bread, because it's not only baked but then grilled with sear marks and so soft and chewy. It looked like more than just bread. Came for dinner and like the name no mimosas in the evening lol. I didn't like the pumpkin flan the flavors pairing with the smoked pumpkin croutons didn't wow me. Overall worth the try while in Charlotte.

Food was delicious and service was good. Our waiter, Chuck, was very helpful and attentive. Yelp shows it as a $$ but I feel that it's more like $$$. The restaurant is very nice and it was pretty quiet since it wasn't busy when we went.

Brunch is a la carte. It used to be a buffet. I don't know what else to say. I'm trying fill the character limit.

My favorite place for meeting coworkers for happy hour. Great selection of appetizers and drinks. Highly recommend this place as it's close to most buildings in uptown and great for anyone who is visiting uptown.

This is an upscale restaurant to go for a special occasion. I went here with a few co workers for lunch to celebrate a new job. We were seated quickly on the outside patio (which is nice). Our server quickly got our drinks and order.I got a chicken sandwich and wanted to add cheese with the sweet potato chips. My coworkers got salad bowls.My sandwich didn't have cheese on it, but it was delicious and so were the chips. We were in and out quickly. Our bill was ~$70 for 3 people for lunch. I would come back for another occasion.

Came in for brunch celebrating a life milestone for my sister with one of our friends. Mimosas were wonderful. We had the pineapple and cranberry. Good was delicious and came out fast. Service was great and all staff were friendly and warm. We love trying new places, but will definitely be back again.

The steak was delicious- I wish it came with other type of potatoes as the ones that come with are just big chucks with not much flavor. The burger was delicious and cooked well. The cinnamon roll in the skillet was a highlight - it was perfect for sharing and very tasty. Service was fast, accurate and the ambiance was lively.
