Really good beer, food, and vibes. I thought their sours, honey blonde, and mimosas were all on point. They also served a fantastic cubano and house burger. They have a separate food menu for kiddos, which was nice. Plenty of TVs to catch any of the games. Driving range out back if you're into that. Indoor and outdoor seating. Really nice place.

I can't believe we've lived here a year and have just now stumbled upon Middle James! We really enjoy the smaller scale of this brewery. They offer trivia on Tuesdays and music bingo on Thursdays! They have plenty of seating inside with TVs scattered throughout the room so it would be great for game day. The beer is tasty with unique combinations like a fall sweet potato beer. We also ordered food from the ordering window which was so easy - they just add it to your tab. It was really fun to watch folks down at the driving range while we sat. The food was a little over priced for the area in my opinion - $15.25 for a small buffalo chicken wrap and handful of fries. But it won't keep us from returning.

Great location. Huge patio and wide open, well-lit tap room. During my visit, I sat at the bar. Only one person working and he only tended to the line of folks. Two other employees were behind the bar talking to a local but would not/could not help with beer. Finally a second beer tender came out and I got helped quickly. Looks like a great place to watch sports with lots of TVs and a definite bent for Aston Villa Football Club. Something super cool is that it sits adjacent to a large driving range and par 3 course. Mix some local beer with golf...fun!Hour Mark (American IPA)Nicely hopped and earthy. Very light and approachable. Slight melon notes on the back end with aromas of a grassy meadow in summer. Infinite Realities (fruited sour)Notes of raspberry and cranberry. This hazy pink brew is refreshing and has just a bit of tartness. Truly delicious on a hot summer day. I also ordered tots and they were really good and a huge portion.

Food was better than your average bar food with extra crispy fries and a really good big salad. Had one of their sours and mango wheat beers and those were solid too! Vibes were fine, just lacked that special feel. Plenty of TVs and service made it a solid spot to meet friends to chill.

This was a great vibe! Great music, big open space, they have a golf driving range on the lot, a wide selection of beers, full on kitchen, and great service!When you first arrive, there is plenty of parking, and you'll notice how big this location is, from the moment you step out of your car. Awesome outdoor patio overseeing the golfers, plenty of sitting space inside, family friendly, not pet friendly I don't think, and no games either. This is a great place for beer and food. It has a very large outdoor area with picnic tables on the grass with umbrellas and outdoor patio seating that overlooks the golf course.We ordered wings and fries - they were great and on special for 60 cents a piece! The Kolsch was excellent as well.

Beers are good and you can take your beer in a plastic cup to go hit some balls down at the range.

Great food, drinks, and service. Have come here twice and had a great experience both times.I like the fact that they have non-alcoholic drinks too! They're pretzel was super delicious with beer cheese. Definitely recommend getting that as a starter.

I went 2 days in a row for the specialty menu item of my dreams = chopped cheese sandwich! On Sunday they didn't have it on the board but chef heard me ask for it and came up to say he could make it no problem! Amazing customer service and I inhaled it (again)! Here to say the people want this sandwich added to everyday menu! Also my fav bartender is Ben but we love all y'all! And Great Musa is my fav beer! Love MJB!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for a few years because she likes one beer they make but they are all just "ok" to me. The service is what really lacks at this place. The guy that always has a Bears hat on is always super friendly and welcoming but the others are mostly rude. We've even been buying it from the grocery store if we can't make it by the brewery but after this past weekend, I won't go back. Not sure what they're always mad about but if you don't like people or pouring beer, find another job!
