This is absolutely the BEST JERK CHICKEN I've ever tasted!!! The flavor is incredible and the bite is just right! I always get the Jerk Chicken with collard greens, and Mac & Cheese. Can't get myself to try anything else because the flavor in that jerk is UNDISPUTED. Not one single place in Charlotte comes close to this food. I've tried them all... BUT found the greatest gift in Kannapolis, NC.Trust me... you will not regret it. Michelle makes her food to order so there is a wait. But worth every penny. Do yourself a "flavor" (ha! See what I did there?), call ahead, get there around 20 minutes later, and enjoy that food! If you are a jerk fan, I'm willing to bet you'll be back the next day! She's not open on Mondays.

The restaurant was empty when we walked in but that soon changed. The menu is limited and a couple of items weren't available like the curry goat. However I ordered the oxtail , collards & plantains. It also came with rice& beans. Delicious!!Also ordered was jerk chicken, cabbage & collards. The chicken was spicy & terrific
