Very great experience! She was very professional. Not only the presentation was on point but the food was phenomenal! Trust and believe me I do not always write reviews.

This is the happy groom of a dream wedding!My new wife and I are proud foodies and we eat in very high end restaurants. We shopped around through about 5 different well-known caterers in Charlotte, NC. None of the caterer's scored very high on our score card (and yeah, that's right we made a score card...wedding's are expensive and we weren't going to chance something as important as food).Then...our wedding planner pointed us to one final option. Mellorina's Catering Llc. Talk about an unexpected location. But I will testify Mel is a true pearl hidden in the depths of the ocean. Her professionalism, her prices, her food...OMG HER FOOD!!!!! I was born and raised in the south and I have not tasted chicken that tasted that good in my entire life.She is so flexible too. She made us a curry tofu dish, she made us a carribbean rice & peas, she made the most amazing mac & cheese, delectable corn bread, flawless dinner rolls. This woman's food is serious, she should be a 5 star chef, with her own restaurant, cooking books, the whole nine yards.All in all, if you want to know what caterer to use for your event in Charlotte, NC (or any surrounding areas) please stop wasting your time, stop searching, and find Mel. Find her catering company, and do whatever you have to do to get her on the books.There were many things that fell into place to make our wedding a dream come true. We use Mellorina's for all of our catered meetings, retreats and parties. The food is superb and the service is excellent!

Happy Bride and Groom!!!!My Husband and I chose the Levine Senior Center for our venue for our wedding reception, my husband was a little skeptical considering the name of the Venue. We went and took a tour and met the caterer that does all the events there. Her name was Melody Adams and she is the owner of Mellorinas Catering. I am so glad that we chose this venue and used this caterer, from the beginning she took care of us. We were asked what kind of foods we liked and she had us come in for a tasting, she had the tables set up so we could see what our tables could look like, and she had us try her food. The food was amazing and the Tea was great too. You could tell that her food was not rushed and that she put a lot of love into making her food. She also from the start worked with us on our BUDGET which was great to have someone that really cared and was not just money hungry :)On our wedding day she made it so easy on us and our guest. We were of course served at the table since we were the bride and groom, but our guest were called by tables to go to the buffet and get their food, our guest said that they absolutely loved the food and the tea and lemon aid. We had chose the Beef Brisket which is so tender and taste great, along with Chicken Parm which I have never had Chicken Parm like she makes in my entire life, it was so tender you could cut it with a fork and full of Flavor. Then as the sides she made mashed potatoes which were awesome and Macaroni and Cheese. All of her meals are served with a salad and her house made yeast rolls.Thank you Melody for making our Special day a day to remember.
