Medo's Italian Restaurant

If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant with great prices and service, go to Medo's. We had manicotti and ravioli and they were both very tasty. The bread sticks with their homemade sauce was delicious. The can't beat the prices for any local restaurant.

The customer service here is horrible! I have ordered food from them for four years because their food for the most part is good but the people that answer the phone seem high or flat out rude. If you lose business then you lose a place to work. The past six months has gotten worse. I have finally made the decision to stop allowing the abuse just because I get irritated with having to repeat my order because the person on the other end is so rude or if the person taking the order has to ask someone a question and you hear screaming or cussing on the other end. I have tried bringing it to the attention of the owner but they don't care either. They have lost my business! I have given them much opportunity to fix their customer service isssues.

Blandest tasting stuff claiming to be Italian food I ever tried to eat. Italian food is bursting with flavor. Saying this is Italian food is criminal. The only taste the meats had were the seasonings. You could serve wet cardboard with the same seasonings and it would have tasted exactly the same.

Worse place to eat at, it was fine a few years ago when I first moved to asheboro but now it's completely terrible. Not only was the service terrible but the coffee was as well, I saw a worker wearing no gloves cooking the food. Imagine them having some illness, huge no no.Now to the most disgusting and appetite ruined thing that happened when I was there. Two people across from me were making out, MAKING OUT. It was very disgusting, I'm sure the other people around me thought it was as well. If I could give 0 stars I totally would

Great cheese steak hoagy.Order the fries. Apparently they deliver but eat inside.

One star because you cant give zero stars!I already posted a review but apparently they removed it. But I'll keep spreading the word. We've tried this place twice. both times hardly anyone in the place. The first time service was very slow and the food marginal. Decided to give it another try and the next time we never, ever got service. We came in and were told to seat ourselves. Watched a service tend to the man across the aisle from us but never acknowledged us. Two giant televisions on either end of the restaurant playing television programs with lions devouring their prey...very appetizing. Lots of laughing and carrying on from the kitchen but finally we got up and left and went somewhere else. Honestly I don't even know how this place stays in business. Bad food. Wrose service. Terrible location and atmosphere. Asheboro doesn't have a lot to offer in the way of Italian food but seriously, anyplace is better than this one. And now I wait. Pretty sure Medos will remove this review too.

Worst place to order delivery....waited 2 hours ended up canceling order....never again

We were passing through the area and stopped to eat there. Outside appearance almost made us turn around and leave. Once inside we found the service to be very good. I am not a fan of sweet tomato sauce but the food was good and the portions were huge. I would go back.

Absolutely love this place. I think it's just the service people think is so "terrible" but honestly the dine in is so pretty and the fountain in the front is so welcoming. Deliveries are so fast and the food is always so warm and delicious. The only thing I really recommend is to add new desserts as much I love y'all's chocolate cake. Absolutely try this place. Think about all the positives instead negatives:)

Never before had I ordered from Medo's before...heard they had good pizza. I walk in and order a med. take out pizza. Twenty mins. later I was asked what I had ordered... I repeated. Twenty mins. later I inquired about my pizza. I was told it just came out of the oven. Ten mins. later I was told sir it's coming right out. Ten mins. later I inquired again... I was told 5 minutes. While waiting I had to listen to the filthiest language from employees and it was disgusting. From F*** this to F*** you cursing in general right in front of customers at the register to hearing from the kitchen. Over an hour later I got my Pizza. It was good but the demeanor and language of employees is a turn off. Not something for your kids to hear.A month later I called in an order for another pizza. I went 30 mins. later and while waiting my turn in line.... the same trashy language, the same 4 letter words, same trashy employees which to me displays very poor management. The pizza is good but the employees and management leaves a lot to be desired. BE CAREFUL if you go here with small kids b/c of the language.
