Customer service is second to none. Neat Clean and orderly. Meats are fresh and delicious.

Someone told my dad about the Meat Center so he had to drive down and see what they offered. From the parking lot alone this place is hopping! People were continually coming and going. There was a big post no public restrooms sign on the door and after a long drive down everyone was doing the peeper dance so we had to drive over to the KFC for a quick potty break before going in. After returning we were welcome into a large square market were you can see wall to wall with a large open space in the middle. There was one aisle with a few pantry staples a small freezer section, a small produce section, a deli counter with a person behind a window and the main attraction a portion of the store devoted to fresh meat! We got a few things to take home. I got some steaks, ground beef, beef liver, bacon, boneless pork chops, red hot sausages and a few frozen veggies. My niece got some frozen pot pies and y dad got some sliced spice ham from the deli counter. This was a fun addition to our Saturday drive. For starters, you need to know one thing prior to going here.......How much room do you have in the freezer or refrigerator? I found the meat section to have a wonderful selection of beef, pork, chicken, fish and shrimp available. From refrigerated products to frozen goods, you have choices, lots of choices.I found the values to be very good; so good, in fact, I purchased too much and had to buy a small floor freezer. I was impressed as to how quickly the line moves, and the sheer volume of people buying cart loads of food.Will definitely make the drive once a month to search for more great deals.NCFoodGuy

I am disabled. When I visited the meat center, they went out of their way to be nice to me, to serve me and to make sure I had what I needed. I was allowed to bypass the line and was escorted to inside the store. While getting pushed around by some of the other customers, the staff asked me what I wanted, and went and got it for me. That is five star service. They could not have been nicer. And steaks were fantastic!

I just picked up two beautiful ribeyes from the Meat Center. I can't wait to toss these beauties on the grill tonight after a long day of work. Great selections and very good prices.

Fair pricing,good variety,decent sales. I just want them to hurry up and get set up in order to take Inc. cards with food allowances.

love the meat center very cheap meat and a lot more good eats I live in York county but I always drive there its worth it

A real butcher. The first impression was that the place is very clean. They are constantly maintaining and restocking the items on the floor. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is as good or better than you will find elsewhere. Definitely worth the drive from Charlotte, however be prepared to buy more than you need as you will see some very good deals. Recommended.

The hardest working owner in the business. It is like a mission of hers to serve people by offering unbelievably low prices on great meat. I never miss a week. The staff treats you like family. Not sure why more people don't know about this place!
