One person working. Her name was Any. Very nice and worked the booth by herself. Great customer service. I ordered the dirty chai w/ cookie butter and a honey chai. Delicious well balanced.

I wanted a nice cup of coffee today but not the caffeine or the sweetness that a lot of other coffee shops offer. I asked for a decaf coffee flavored with a sugar-free white chocolate and caramel. It was delicious! I never thought I could get a nice coffee that tasted so well. Pleasantly surprised. They have a lot of options. Come check them out.

Small coffee shop inside of Northlake Mall. Service was friendly. The coffee was ok but overpriced. They also serve pastries and breakfast food.

Coworkers sent me here. Sandwiches are good. Coffee is better. Its a bit of a walk through the food court but definitely beats crowded areas of the mall.

I had some errands to run with my Mom and wanted to pick up a warm latte on a rainy day. Unknowingly, this business was on my visit list. This location is inside Northlake mall. I looked over the menu for a few minutes before deciding to place my order. The barista was very nice. My Mom ordered a Peanut Butter White Mocha before me and that's when I realized they had a flavor menu. I suggest that they include it on the regular menu as a subcategory instead of taping it under the pay station. I ordered a 16 oz Salted Caramel and Toasted Marshmallow latte with almond milk. My total was $6.17. The flavors weren't super strong but I'd order from here before I visit Starbucks. There are some seats in the area at the front and back of the kiosk. I'd rate it three out of five stars due to the lack of flavor from the syrups.

Walking around North Lake Mall after leaving Belks on the 2nd floor I ran across this place and said hmm looks good I'll give it a try. It was pretty busy but they moved at a nice pace. The coffee shop is decorated nicely and has about 3 tables to sit at. I ordered a Dirty Chai Latte and a cinnamon loaf. I enjoyed them both but the cinnamon loaf made me wish I had another.The staff is ready to help if you have questions about their menu. I will definitely be back.

Came to the mall for a quick errand and stopped by to get their chai frappe with coffee. The taste was amazing and strong flavors it did not disappoint! The staff was nice as well!

Got a simple cappuccino and iced chai and both were great! Barista was really friendly and service was quick. The cafe is quite large especially since it's inside the mall. This is the perfect place for a coffee or tea while you're shopping

Mean Mug Coffee Company at Northlake Mall in Charlotte is a great place to go for quality coffee and much more. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need and more. Cool place to go for coffee.

This is by far the best Iced Coffee I've ever had. I got the peanut butter flavor and it's really good.
