Matthew’s Tobacco And Vape

This place is selling defective Vapes. I brought back the cartridge with receipt and the vape packaging. We had just purchased it and the store would not refund or exchange it for a working one. Terrible customer service. No refund or exchange, they clearly don't stand behind there product. I wouldn't shop there !!!

I ran out of my cbd oil that I use every month and the only brand that I use is Crescent Canna, so I heard that Matthew's Tobacco carried it. I went into the shop and the store was organized and had tons of products. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, greeting me instantly when I went in. Checked out their smoking products, they had a huge selection - ended up buying rolling papers, rolling tray, and they even had Crescent Canna pre rolls so bought a few of those. The manager was awesome and friendly, and also told me about future events like customer's appreciation day where they actually have vendors that come out and pass out free products and have educational seminars about their products. I thought that was pretty awesome because a lot of smoke shops don't do that. He even informed me about a give away contest that they were doing for a gift basket full of free products. I will definitely be making this my one and only smoke shop to visit from now on, not to mention the parking lot was easy and accessible. If you ever have questions about products ask for Saif, he is the best!
