Mano Bella - SouthPark

I was finally able to check out this place in South Park...and what a great discovery!The place was mostly a restaurant, but with a deli addition. A nice, casual ambiance with great jazz music overhead.I tried their Fried Calamari, and it was one of the best versions I've had in a long time! LOVED the super-crispy, flakey batter!I also tried their Alla Boscaiola...and requested a Vodka sauce (instead of its creamy sauce). I liked, but didn't quite love it. I felt that it needed a kick...maybe some tomatoes or something. Still, the pasta and the ingredients were very fresh, so points for that.Although I didn't love the pasta that I ordered, I loved everything else about the place...and felt they deserved 5 stars. I definitely plan on returning to try more items on their menu.

Server - Julian Excellent service. Very kind.What would we order again - * Lasagne - Sausage based. So yummy! The sausage is not sweet. It's savory and it's not overly fennel tasting like some sausage dishes are. It was PERFECT!* Lobster Orecchiette - Holy h$ll! This is amazingly good. My boyfriend ordered and insisted I take a bite. I hate lobster normally. Wowsers! So good. It's a daily feature so not on the regular menu. * Focaccia with olive oil and marinated beans What would we not order again?Nothing. It was all incredible.

Came here looking for a Affogato! Found it !Loved the lovely market inside and the ready made meals you can take home and fresh pasta. Nice casual atmosphere inside for dining and outside. It was a lovely fall day so we sat outside. My only beef here is I hate ordering off a QR code. That's the case here. Ugh. They have a nice menu of salads, pasta and appetizers and some other nice unique dishes. All freshly made. My friend ordered a limoncello spritz and the focaccia and olive oil. And had her a nice little pre dinner app. The focaccia I tried and. Was nice and soft inside and crunchy outside. I got my affogato and it was delicious, not too big as it can be in some places. And served with fresh strong espresso. Yum! Definitely hit the caffeine sweet spot! I also had a nice glass of Prosecco. Service was pretty prompt after you get your order in. Just don't forget to check out on line as we almost did! Took home some fresh bucatini pasta and that was really good when I cooked it up with some sauce and chicken. Nice family run place . Just dropped the star for the having to order myself. Not a fan of that new concept!

I love absolutely everything about Mano Bella. From the friendly faces as soon as you walk in, to the market finds you can grab like fresh made meals and imported goodies, to every incredible dish on their menu, this spot is the real deal. Tuck into a cozy corner and prepare your tastebuds to be amazed. You may even be lucky enough to watch their house made pasta being rolled out right in front of you! I absolutely love the La Burrata pasta dish, it's such a unique combination of flavors, and the calamari always hits. Lightly fried, never greasy, it's just delicious! I will absolutely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Great food and sharable apps! The calamari and ravioli was killer and full of flavor. It's hard to find good calamari in Charlotte, but I will definitely be coming back for this! The ravioli was also so full of flavor and the garlic dipping sauce paired perfectly. For my main I got the ragu which I loved. Full of flavor and I liked that it had a lot of meat.

I'm so glad we stopped here after for dinner. The food was fresh and yummy. Service was friendly and quick. The space is cozy, with views of the kitchen, pasta machines and market section. I want to come back and try more offerings here and purchase some of the frozen to go food. Bonus - they had a glass of orange wine on the menu!

This is another favorite Italian spot in Charlotte for us. My wife and I absolutely loved it. The service was great, the food was delicious and common areas were clean, and best of all, they source local ingredients!Centrally located in a shopping plaza with plenty to do within walking distance and plenty of free parking around, Manno Bella has quite a few options of pasta plates. Tip: If you are not into pasta, this is NOT your place. I mean, this place specializes in pasta after all. We went for the tomato soup, the zucchini soup, the Amatriciana pasta (fresh bucatini, spicy tomato sauce, pancetta) and La Burrata pasta (fresh Campanalle, garlic confit, tomato, burrata, crushed pistachio, taralli cracker breadcrumbs). EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!The only area that needs to be improved my wife agreed on is the dessert. We went for the tiramisu, and it was OK. Desptite that, we still give Manno Bella 5 stars. We can't wait to come back.

I decided to try this new location since the 7th street station location had a limited menu until recently. This full service restaurant and marketplace offers made to order house made pasta dishes and other premade items to grab and go. I did the create your own with pasta, spinach, mushrooms, and salmon with a cream sauce. Perfectly made and huge portions, definitely plan to dine in soon.

What a wonderful new spot to the Southpark area, in addition so happy that Mano Bella expanded with this 2nd location. This location offers take out items, speciality Italian goods, and extensive lunch and dinner menus, including cocktails.In addition, they hosted a Mother's Day luncheon that was amazing and most recently a Farm to Table Wine Dinner.Overall, service, food and the location is top notch!

This place was a pleasant surprise! Went to lunch on a whim but we were so happy we tried it. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The place itself is very cute and the fact that you can order at the counter OR straight from the QR code at your table, is wonderful. It's not full-service, so don't go in thinking it is. There's a mini market right as you walk in. The food was very good. I could skip the focaccia and ricotta ($12), it wasn't what I expected and I wish the focaccia was warm. The salad was good and filling but the winner was the make-your-own pasta! Worth it!!! I'm looking forward to trying their menu pastas!We will definitely be back to buy some goods and eat there again!
