This restaurant has a lot of potential, and I'm writing this review to give it some well-deserved visibility. it's been open for months, but hardly any reviews on Yelp. They serve all the Pakistani staples, biryani, nihari, karahi chicken, seekh kebabs. I've been here a few times. Nice staff. The food has been hit or miss; some dishes are great, but others have a pasty texture, likely from overuse of tomato paste, and the flavor profile feels a little off, maybe from the tari oil/spice ratio. I enjoyed the Chana chicken the most. The karahi chicken, the OG staple of Pakistani food, would feel a bit more authentic if it were served in a wok with fresh ginger and chili on top, which would do wonders for presentation as well. The interior is nice and clean but feels a little sterile..it could use more warmth. More signage and regular marketing would also help it stand out in such a diverse food scene. With only one other Pakistani restaurant competitor in the area, this is a much needed place for the continually growing diverse community. I'd love to see this place thrive because the potential is definitely there!

When I placed the order over the phone, I was told 25 minutes. My dad went to pick up the food and about an hour and a half later it was ready. I ordered 5 tandoori leg quarts orders, butter naan, and 4 samosa chaat. I asked for no cilantro/parsely sprinkled on top: The tandoori leg quarts were BURNT!! They even had the burnt taste when eating. There was cilantro on top.The although the "naan" was really good, it didn't have butter on it, and it seemed like it was roti bought from the frozen section of a grocery store. The samosa chaat even had a little sprinkled on top. When I called them to tell them about the burnt chicken, the lady in the phone told me to come back and return the food and she can give me a refund. And I live about 30 minutes ago, I can't come back. And she began to say if you want a refund at a store you have to return the item. I began to say clearly you don't eat out at American restaurants because they would refund me right away and her response, this isn't an American restaurant this is a Pakistani restaurant.5 minutes later, another man called. Saying the chef used a new masala and that's why it was the way it was. He than offered a 50% refund. I said sure that's fine. A few min later I got a receipt that refunded only 4 out of the 5 tandoori chicken (not even a 50% refund) I'm just highly disappointed because I had heard good things about this place and than to get food/service like this?
