The sandwiches were served quickly and were wonderful tasting. We bought the "boot" (Ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives, banana peppers, oil & vinegar, and Italian mayo) and the salty moo (Corned beef, Sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island). As out of owners we loved the sweet iced tea! Highly recommended

Monday is a beautiful day to explore Rutherford Co in NC, but most places are closed , after busy weekend. This Mainstreet bakery and coffee shop was open and I was VERY PLEASED! I 'had' to have a 2 scoop sundae , even tho it wasnt even noon. It was delish.. From the customers in n out, their coffee was popular, tho I didnt purchase, as I'd had my caffeine for the day. The owner was extra pleasant and had just finished baking brownies! Oooh, the aroma was special! Aaah! I am actually glad the other shops were closed, as I totally enjoyed my sundae in this quaint town of Rutherfordton nearly to myself.

I was given an obviously burnt croissant and chicken salad. I complained to the manager even showing him all the burnt area. He said " I disagree with you about the croissant" looked at me for a beat and then said "we can go through the croissants and find you one that you prefer. " Although eventually he was "slightly" nice. However, his initial reaction was to tell me I was wrong. I don't like bullies and if you're making a croissant sandwich and it flakes burnt layers while you're making it , stop. Begin again with a better one. Food was good. Owner/manager was a passive/aggressive bully. I'll never return because of his behavior. Which is sad because the food was great!

This cute place is downtown rutherfordton. We were a bit confused about ordering, but we figured it out. You fill out what you want on a card and then take it to the cash register. If you get chips and a drink they are next to the register as well for you to pick out. I got the oinker with no tomato. I got my sandwich toasted. The meat was so good. Didn't taste proceeded or fake like some other sub places. They have alcohol too and super cute lights throughout the building. You can order a salad if you like instead of a sandwich. Very relaxing/chill vibes. Be sure to put your stuff up when you're done. They have trash cans and places to put the baskets.

One of my favorite places for subs and they have great soup (Seasonally). They have great service , who are kind and helpful. Nice areas to eat in or outside and great for a lunch meeting or out with friends. They also have music, bingo, or other happenings at night.

We just moved to Rutherfordton and found this place while driving around. Very nice location, clean, good food and excellent staff.

Good made from scratch sandwiches. Fair prices. Not glamorous, but it was just a quick lunch for us.

Wow! I paid $17 for a drink and a 'large' pastrami on rye. The sandwich was so below average: Better bread at supermarket, pastrami was dry and the thousand island tasted like a bottled dressing. But worse yet, this was supposed to be a large pile high pastrami sandwich. Not even close. Sorry, I guess many friends gave the great reviews, as this place does not deserve more than 3 stars. Value for the money: Low. Ambiance: Average sub shop. Service: Average. Quality: Low to Average. If you are going to charge big city prices, then you need to deliver big city quality.

I cannot keep my husband out of here every weekend. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, made with Boars Head meats and every add-on and condiment you can think of. On weekends, to add to the delight of the sandwich, is the live entertainment. A great establishment to visit whether old, young, single, married, etc. Highly highly recommend!
