Love stopping by Lowe's for specialty food items. This place is always clean and very welcoming. They host events throughout the week and have a great selection of local beers.

It's a neat setup with some cool signage and excellent customer service. The parking lot is a bit tight. While here...A lady was asking the worker behind the counter: "Is it Muffin Monday?" "I'm not sure. I don't think I've ever heard of Muffin Monday." When I went to the front to check out, I asked one of the employees if it was Muffin Monday. This was supposed to be a private conversation, but she then shouted across the cash-out area to another employee: "Hey, Brad! Is it Muffin Monday?!" "What's Muffin Monday!?" he shouted back. I intervened: "It's okay. I don't even eat muffins."

My sister told me about this place that just opened up near her house that had someone who could prep veggies for you while you shop. Sounded tempting, especially for her vegetarian son. I didnt know when would be a good time to go. With the increasingly bad weather for my trip home I decided to stay another day. We decided to check it out last night, as I think Friday was its grand opening (it is housed in a former popular grocery spot near Novant Hville). Learning more about it yesterday afternoon, I was excited to check it out. When we got there, I almost thought I got whisked away to Cafe du Monde in Nola, then Whole Foods and Kroger had a baby. Near the front to the right they had food options (buy at that counter, card only) ranging from sandwiches to bbq to salad bowls. Keep going and you got a beer cave/den, wine, deli, and cheese. Then the meat and seafood covered the back wall. During all this, I was excited to see some house brands, along with everyday household brands as well (like WF doesnt sell ride pods or advil). We perused through the rest of the store and got a few items. Then we ended up getting some sandwiches to bring home. And also a growler. I really thought the clip your own herbs from the mini garden was really cool too- personally have not seen inside a grocery before. I really like the addition of this place to the neighborhood. Glad we were able to check it out!

I've been super excited about this new grocery in our area! I've heard mixed reviews, but I wanted to check it out for myself. Stopped in on a weekday afternoon, just after the lunch crowd and my eyes were constantly moving as I walked around - so much to see. I understand that this is a special concept that they're trying in Huntersville, and I like that each department's decor has its own unique theme. Since I heard good things about the food I decided to check that out. There are multiple stations where you can order, including Smokehouse (BBQ), Chicken Kitchen and Sammy's (sandwiches). There's also a beer den where you can sit and enjoy a nice cold one in the store. I ordered smoked wings, salt and pepper flavored, at Smokehouse for the road. It's not a huge store, but I think they made really good use of the space and they seem to have a nice variety of items even though it's smaller quantities than some stores. I didn't look too closely at the pricing, but just based on the items in stock, I'd say it's probably more of a specialty store where you can grab items in a pinch or grab unique items than a place where you'd do regular shopping. They don't have very many checkout lanes - again it's not a huge store - but they have a couple of self checkout options which is nice. Parking is plentiful too. As for the wings, they were flavorful, but they were not crispy at all. The skin was soft, which I don't really care for, so I probably wouldn't order those again. But I'd come back for other items.

I enjoy having Lowes open in Huntersville. The last time I shopped there was when they had a location near West WT Harris Boulevard. They have what you need when you can't find it elsewhere. I noted the beer/coffee/food area is right inside when you enter. It was a brisk night and the cool air was flowing in from the entry/exit doors. This area might have been served better a little further back and to the side of the store. Otherwise, yes, they should have everything you need. I noted the prices are a bit higher than the other grocery stores. With a coupon, you may make out better. Be sure to do the math.

I have eaten several meals here over the last month. I have to say, I truly believe they are better than 95% of the restaurants in the area. This morning I am having a Sammy Sunrise and iced coffee for under $7. You truly cannot beat the prices. I'll be back this evening to grab a beer and a plate of smoked wings!

Such a beautiful store and a great addition to the Huntersville area! My wife and I were in the area last weekend and went in for a quick visit to check out the new store. It was crowded but that's to be expected since it was opening weekend. There is a great selection of produce, fresh foods and genera grocery items. We loved the beautiful floral section and the upstairs seating area overlooking the store! We also tried the new Scan Pay Go app and it worked very well. One of the items we were buying couldn't be found by the register but the staff solved the issue quickly and without fuss. We cannot wait to return and try some of the great smelling food!

Overtime, I've grown to really like Lowes. Their baked goods, fresh fish, smoked meats are great! I love their Christmas cookie bar this time of year. Plus, they're conveniently located in my neighborhood. I believe my previous bad experience can be attributed to maybe the staff who made my sandwich. This past week, I parked in the grab and go area of the parking lot. I was running in to grab a few things. I walked across a sewer grate in front of my car and accidently dropped my keys inside. It was filled with dirty water so I couldn't see them. In a panic, I went inside and told the first staff person I encountered, Brendan. He sprang into action, was so kind but couldn't help at all. I really appreciated how he stopped what he was doing to try and help me. I stopped back over to thank him a second time. Lowes, you have a good staff person in Brendan! Kudos! My keys, they're in sewer heaven.

Haven't gone to this Lowe's in a while because it was very different from the original one that used to be in the area. My first visit left me astonished by the outrageous prices at this boutique-style grocery store. Definitely not the Lowe's. I learned to love back in the 2010s. They sent me a coupon, however, to get me to come back. My first visit back left me just as disappointed as the last time I went. Half off a rotisserie chicken, but no rotisserie chickens in sight. 5 o'clock on a Thursday should have a lineup of chickens ready to go, but there were five lonely chickens with an hour left to go on the rotisserie at dinner time. I still had to go back to another grocery store to get dinner. Thanks for disappointing me again, Lowe's.
