Food was good. Same as it's always been. My only problem was the man baby behind me crying about his water. Then him telling his 15 ish daughter and her friend 'The reason the service is bad is cause she's at the tables with all the men trying to get some D***.' Every sentence had one or more cuss words in it. Why go out if you're just going to throw a temper trantrum. Stay tf home. You could at LEAST be respectful of those around you, because believe it or not other people exist in your small, little man world. Also I gave him a nasty look. When I came back he said 'hunchback probably dates people like this.' I think talking about me lol. ThennnnHe started saying 'one thing about me I ALWAYS got my gun. Blah blah blah' He even got MAD AT ONE OF THE WORKERS FOR TRYING TO APOLOGIZE ABOUT THE WATER. Grow up fr. Idgaf what he said about me, how he talks to them kids, his own daughter and how he talks about women is telling enough. He has no hair and he's taking it out on people who do! It's okay tho. He caused trouble for the workers, I'm sure I wasn't the only one who was annoyed at how obnoxious he was. And even after AALL that. He got up and walked out with his head DOWN. Small man syndrome at its finest. Do better.

Upscale and friendly Los Arcos is a great place to escape the summer heat and refresh yourself with a cool Pina Colada and tacos & such. This is slightly dressed-up Mexican fare for the masses. The atmosphere is welcoming with mariachi and other Spanish-language light-listening playing in the background.

This place was not good at all and I've tried it twice now. I got the nachos supreme but just asked for beef cause I wanted to sour cream and lettuce with it. It came out with beef, beans, and chicken after I had just asked for beef. But the worst part was how runny it was. It was like nacho soup. My fiancé got a fajita salad and his was soupy as well. We think it was the lettuce, but it watered our meal down. I've never had watered down nachos before. Just awful.

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of my food as I ate it too quickly, but I love the food! I have not sat in the restaurant but I have ordered to-go twice since I have moved to Gastonia and I really enjoy their food. The people I spoke to were very pleasant and I had no issues. I think this is a great restaurant to try out if you're looking for Mexican food!

The service was bad, the manager was rude and the food was not very good. Our waitress spent most of her time flirting with two Latino guys at the bar and we had to ask several times to get a beer, salsa, and it took her forever to get anything to the table. Find another place if you want Mexican food. This one is definitely off the list!

This was the closest thing around that wasn't fast food, so I got off on the interstate and when pulling into this place it was very empty and hardly had people and it was lunch time (1:30pm) We arrived and get greeted by the host/waitress. Very friendly staff and quick and easy. We got the buffet which was $12 a person plus drink separate. The food was 2/5 at best.. it was cold and hardly at room temperature. The only thing good was the appetizer which was chips and salsa.. but I highly doubt it was made from scratch.. it had to be pre-prepared salsa because compared to the other foods they served at the buffet it was no where near as good. Chicken was stringy and dry. Rice barely had any taste and it was cold to the touch. I do NOT recommend anyone come here. I had to chase down a waitress because the drink my partner got had wayyy too much sugar and had to get a normal Coke. If you decide to go here anyways after reading this review you have been warned. Also do NOT go to the bathroom because the toilet does not flush AT ALL!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Friday night at 6pm and my husband and I are going out on FIRST DATE in over a year , and to make it even MORE of a big deal..!?..- My friend Kristina is on her first real date ever as in her whole life! As in we are double dating and she's never actually had a man ask her on a real formal date before and it's their first time meeting so you get the picture?! OK so how about we walk in los Arcos on Friday night at 6pm and My friend and her date stay outside finishing their cigarettes while my husband and I are seated... we tell The waitress there are four of us in the party and get seated , with four menus... We're walking to our booth we notice that there are only two couples in the entire restaurant and both booths already have their food and are in the middle of eating, so there's basically no one in the entire restaurant... She seats us and asks if we would like any drinks and my husband orders a Sprite and I tell her I'm going to wait until the other two in our party make it in there. So she leaves... We spend about 10 minutes looking over the menu just deciding what we're going to get before the other to join us... So then all four of us sit there another 10 to 15 minutes just making small talk while they look at the menu to decide what they want ...now this is a Mexican restaurant right?? So nachos and salsa should've been at the table pretty much from the beginning with the drinks , Only my husband hasn't even gotten his Sprite ! So now we've been sitting there 25 minutes Anything to drink, no nachos no salsa in fact nobody's ever come back to even acknowledge us. It's been close to 30 minutes now and naturally we're all upset so my husband actually gets up and walks up to the counter and the front of the restaurant and you can clearly hear him telling the woman that we've been there 30 minutes that nobody's coming to even ask us if we need a drinks or brought us anything and could we get somebody to please come wait on us and we clearly hear her tell him that she's the only one there and then when she's done doing the other things she's busy doing she'll get to us and not in a very nice tone in fact I looked up at my friend and said wow she just totally disrespected my husband and blew him off like told him get lost I'll get to you when I get to you! My husband says so you basically telling me that we just need to leave and she said I'm telling you that I'm the only one here and I'll get you when I'm done doing what I'm doing which by the way folks was taking telephone orders over the phone!!!!! I may not be a rocket scientist but I do know that people sitting in your restaurant to eat are the people that are going to leave you a tip, not the people that you're taking telephone orders for that are gonna walk in and pick up their food and leave without giving you a penny! Needless to say when he got back to the table all four of us got up and left !!!!! So if you want to be disrespected, ignored, talk to you like you're nobody and they're doing you a favor by even letting you walk in and this is a place for you to go! Unbelievable no wonder they were only four total people in the entire restaurant on a Friday night at 6 PM that should've been the first sign for us all!
