Loping Crow Distillery

What a great find! Family owened distillery with great liquor. Definitely start with the tasting and then have a cocktail ( or two!) that features your favorite liquor. We were partial to the white whiskey! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help you decide the best drink or just share their story.Relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. Plenty of parking. They are dog and kid friendly as well. It's definitely worth visiting. We'll be back for sure!

Fantastic little spot in Albemarle. Family owned and operated and such a comfortable, warm atmosphere! We did a tasting which was awesome and learned about the history and process, and enjoyed great conversation. The tasting room and bar were super cute and you could sit inside or out. We had cocktails which were delicious and they also had a food truck on site which was nice! Service was excellent as was our whole experience:)
