Link & Pin is a lowkey upscale restaurant with welcoming decor and great food. Our bartender and server were great, we had a manager check-in on us. Great spot for group dinner or date night.I will be definitely be back.

Food: Cooked well, presented well, and full of flavor. Very good!Ambiance: Our table was right behind the host stand and was not pleasant. Their chatter was loud and every time they dropped a menu, iPad, phone, etc, the noise was jarring. The host stand never had less than 4 people hovering around it, which made our table feel like it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Service: One star. It took forever to get drinks, two requests to get a tea refill, and every time our server left our table she didn't return for 20 minutes (we timed it). At one point we just said "we are done with our plates we are ready to go can we get dessert to go" and it took 20+ minutes to bring us one slice of cake to-go. We were staring all around the dining room trying to catch anyone's eye to bring us the check, and we were invisible (even to the overstaffed host stand). We ended up having a "just get us out of here" moment when the waitress finally came back to the table.

I've been to the other Link & Pin location in the city, so I knew this was a solid choice for my husband's birthday brunch. Just as I expected, delicious food and cocktails plus a gorgeous restaurant and friendly service. I love their lobster rolls and creative cocktails. I docked a couple stars however due to the long wait for our drinks and the noise level in the smaller dining area--at one point it was so loud, we just sat in silence for a bit instead of trying to yell across the table at one another. I'm also disappointed that my husband wasn't offered a birthday dessert/drink/anything. I've seen birthday deserts at the other Link & Pin locations, so I'm not sure why my husband or the woman at the table next us celebrating her birthday didn't receive anything at the NorthCross location. At the end of the day, it's just a "nice-to-have" gesture but it really rubbed me the wrong way. I would come back here for brunch again but definitely not to celebrate a special event.

Délicieux! Magnifique, superb. Delicious superb. I love their hummus. This is a must try. The beet hummus, has a very bright flavor. The virgin olive oil is well stated the pita perfect with a little chill on it. Fresh! The lobster roll with all that claw meat was a treat inside its toasted buttery bun. It was eve delicious the next day. Waitstaff were all classy professionals who personified customer service and exceeded expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant.

Today we celebrated my god-niece for her 18th birthday. She chose Link & Pin, this was my first time going and I was truly impressed. Our waitress did a great job because it was a very large party. She handled us with grace. The setting was trendy. And the bar area was large and roomy. I didn't get a lot of pictures of the inside because I was too busy taking pictures of the birthday girl. Needless to say the inside was very nice and clean. I loved the bathrooms private stalls and great lighting. Now for the main event the food was amazing! Most got the chicken and waffles and burgers there were no complaints. As for me I had to be different I got the flounder and baby it was the whole fish. (Check out the pictures). I couldn't eat it all so I had to take most of it home. For appetizers I recommend you get the candy bacon with the dipping sauce and the brussels sprouts. I also got the espresso martini with bailey's and it was balanced perfectly. I will definitely be back. Great place for a lunch date, drinks with the girls, or a date night. Go and enjoy!

Came for a dinner and was very impressed with the space inside. We were greeted and promptly seated. We got wings as an app and they were crispy and delicious. As my main I got the shrimp and grits per recommendation of the server and I am glad I did. The grits were creamy and the dish as a whole was absolutely amazing. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the corn and crunch was a perfect addition. Overall the food was superb and fantastic service.

I have visited on two occasions, once for dinner (June 2023) and again for brunch (Dec 2023). The dinner experience was exceptional. We ordered flounder+ lobster Mac cheese and and impossible burger. The flounder was so huge we could have easily gotten by with sharing the founder and Mac between two people! Our server was attentive and when there was a mistake with our order she was apologetic, admitted that she made the mistake and quickly corrected it.On the second visit I would rate the experience as just okay. Our server was a little more sluggish. The food was still excellent. This time was brunch, so I had blueberry waffles (freshest fluffiest waffles EVER!) and an omelette. The server was polite enough, but rarely checked on us (we had to flag him down when we needed something) and didn't provide requested refills. Again, there was a mistake with our order and it was again corrected promptly.Overall we had a decent experience both times. Their cocktails have been consistently good. I am highly recommending the flounder and Mac n' cheese! I certainly plan to visit again.

This place is a vibe. I love the atmosphere. The food is very well flavored the service. My waitress was very attentive is great for a date night. Great for going out with your girlfriends great for brunch. Highly recommend location is nice. Bathrooms are nice and clean fully stocked smells great. If you are celebrating your birthday or anniversary, I highly recommend a spot.

The food was GREAT, especially the whole fried flounder. Our waiter was courteous and friendly. Pretty relaxed atmosphere, but if you want a relatively quiet dinner, don't eat in the bar half of the restaurant. We opted for the quiet dining experience. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 sides. Like I said, everything was great. But it took a while to get to our table. But when it did, we got EVERYTHING at once! Fortunately, the manager came over, apologized, took away everything except the appetizers until later.... And when we got the bill, we were refunded the cost of the appetizers! Yes, we plan to go again!

Not worth the money. The level of service and the price of meals don't match. We had a group of 7 tonight and it was so disappointing for a few reasons. We were waiting for long periods of time for cocktails and apps, then some cocktails were made incorrectly. At $18 a drink that's unacceptable. Then having to wait 15 minutes for a server to come back just made it worse bc my drink got warm, it was an extra dirty martini delivered to the table half full. I took a sip and it was only the gin and no olives. They brought olives and olive juice to me. They should have just remade the drink so that it was chilled.I've been here several times and each time I've liked my meal, but something pretty wrong has happened with either the kitchen or the bar on each visit and the staff has apologized but for 2 of us to spend $200 I expect better. We talked to the manager bc they came over and asked how our meal was. I loved that we had a nice place to go with friends but now need to find a new restaurant bc we won't be spending more money here, it's too expensive to be disappointed.
