if I could give this restaurant 0 stars it would better describe the dinner we had tonight. A party of four and every order was not satisfactory or completely wrong. First off, the service was terrible. Waited to order, waited on food for a lengthy amount of time, and received drink refills only once after being without beverage for more than half of the meal. After the meal finally arrived, everything was completely overcooked and not even warm. I'm not sure where this tray of food had been sitting for a while, but it was not even the slightest bit warm when placed on our table. The worst part was my husband ordered a steak and was served a hamburger ?!? He was so disappointed. We had heard so many good things about this restaurant and could not have been more dissatisfied with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. We will never dine at this restaurant again.

Omg we love this place, and drive an hour to get to it . Please open another restaurant near Matthews !! . First of all I cannot tell you how good the salad bar is . We've been coming here for at least 6 years and it Is always fresh and delicious. I challenge anyone to say there is a better one. With new owners taking over in the last year, the menu selections have gotten better, and the food is always hot and delicious .I even think the cocktail menu got beefed up. On this night, I had the fried shrimp and loaded tots, and hubby had the porkchop .Both were so good. I've also had the 1/2 roasted chicken and it was amazingly moist. We will continue to drive the miles to get there, because we are drawn in by that super fresh salad bar.

We went with friends off a recommendation from other friends, and were not disappointed. I had the house ribeye with broccoli, and salad bar. The steak and broccoli were perfectly cooked. My wife had the salad bar. It has the most incredible salad bar I have ever seen. The tuna salad, crab salad, and chicken salad were AMAZING! The chicken salad was made with pecans and maple syrup, and I could had eaten it all night long. All your favorite salad fixins were present.

From the hostess to our server and the especially the GM Amber they were all wonderful.
