Food is not as good as before, but service is poor and takes forever to serve a simple sancochó de costilla de res when the soup is right there inside the glass food warmer, they have several people walking around pretending to be busy, they can serve the soup promptly, came 3:30pm, it's 4:20pm just got the soup but completely cold, what it's wrong with this place, I have bad experience before, they ignore you until death, you wait for the bill forever too, I have to stand up and got to the cashier to pay a few times before because the don't come to your table anymore after they serve you, eating the soup while writing this review, the soup taste not good and I feel like I shouldn't eat anymore, the soup doesn't look fresh.It's a no more here for me since I already try several times and noting change but getting worse.

Yummy comfort food and delicious baked treats. Staff is extremely pleasant and kind. I've been visiting for years.

Love the bakery section! Just enough sweetness to all of their cakes :) I always get to go.

Nice take out bakery. A little spin on the traditional tres leches . Also available in mango, caramel and strawberry. Service was nice and fast. A few table if you want to sit and eat. Nice variety of baked goods.

This place was crazy busy!The food was pretty good. The cheese Arepa was decent. Probably wouldn't order it again. The french fries started out super good and then I realized they put some bland fries and with the lovely crunchy fries.Fried yuca - deliciousSalad - good, but wet and had tomato stemsMy friend liked her meal too.

Esta tarde fui con mis hijos a comer allí desde que llegamos todo comenzó mal la atención muy pésima hoy cosa que no es habitual, la comida se ordenó una sopa de carne y una bandeja paisa la sopa debajo del average que usual se come allí la bandeja paisa muy muy mal sabor fría y mi hijo no la toco así dejamos el plato la encargada se acercó solo a sugerir que no podía hacer nada que me la llevara y la mezclara toda para desayunar mañana muy mala su respuesta. Completely ripped us off. No meat in the picada. Always extremely stingy with portions for the amount of money you pay. Go to mi Tierra or Los Paisas before here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We went in to this place on Saturday around 12:30pm for lunch. Understandably, they were busy. We waited about 15-20 minutes for a table, that was fine but everything went downhill from there. An older gentleman sat us down and the first thing to come out of his mouth was that the people who had arrived after us (a family of 4) had said something to him about getting a table and he was mocking them. Red flag #1. It took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order. I placed my order and a couple minutes later a server came and brought my drink. He brought the wrong one, but after all the waiting I told him it was fine, I'd keep what he brought. It took OVER ONE HOUR to receive our food, two soups. I watched as other tables who arrived after us were already half way through their meals. My partner who was sitting facing the kitchen noticed a tray with two soup bowls on the food counter and was hopeful it was our food. Well, it never came out. At that point we were so close to leaving, when the same older gentlemen came to clean up the table behind us after a couple with two small children left. He looks at us and says "ugh finally, they been here for 3 hours, they finally left" - you are talking about your customers, the ones who bring you business and this is how you talk about them? I ignored him and said hey, we've been sitting here for over one hour waiting for our food. He then tells me to "calm down" - it's coming table per table because they are busy. He then walks over to "check on our food" - well the soups that had been sitting under the warmer for who knows how long turned out to be ours. My soup was lukewarm at best. At that point , I just decided to shut up , eat and get the heck out of there. The same server who brought me the wrong drink came over asking if we needed anything, he offered limes and sauce to which I said yes please! Well I never got them, he never brought them over. I was over it and we left. When trying to pay they couldn't even figure out who our server was. What a hot mess and poor excuse of a restaurant. Save your time and money, there are much better Colombian restaurants in the area. This is not about the wait times, but the POOR customer service.

Food is overpriced for the quantity that you getThe menu looks dirty, the photos are non inspiring. the second menu with the soups/specials is also filthy. When you touch a menu and immediately you know you have to wash your hands that is a red flag. Sorry not worth coming back.....

The food was Columbian, and it was amazing. Everything from the fruit drinks to every single thing on our plates, we had pork with pineapple sauce and the other dinner was ribs. There, frankly, was enough for two meals on our plates and I took the rest home. the service was great and the place was spotlessly clean!I would go there again and again and bring friends!
