Lake Wylie Bowl & Bounce is a fun-filled extravaganza that offers a wide variety of arcade games, laser tag, and bowling. My nieces and nephews could not stop talking about their night! The arcade alone is a child's dream come true, with a huge selection of games to pick from. Bowling was also a big draw, and the lanes were in excellent shape. We didn't get to try laser tag, but it looked like a great experience. The cost was modest, making it an affordable choice for families. But what actually made the experience outstanding was the amazing staff. I'd want to give special mention to two outstanding employees: a tall gentleman (maybe 6'1") and a cheerful woman handling prizes. I wish I had gotten your names, but thank you for addressing my issue prompt and ensuring the kids had an amazing time! I definitely recommend Lake Wylie Bowl N' Bounce for a fantastic evening with family and friends. It's an excellent venue to make lifelong memories!

We were looking for something to do in a rainy day and gave this place a try in spite of the bad reviews. No regrets! The place was clean, well organized, had arcades and a scape room besides the bowling alleys. Bathrooms impecable. Lots of options for refreshments and food. We had a great time and the front desk was friendly. I would go back :)

I love this place. the prices are really great for what all you can do. I took me and my friends for a good time (we are all 18-21) and it only cost me about $22 to play a game of bowling, lazer tag, and it included $10 in credits for the arcade. it was a wonderful time. they are open until 11pm so you can hang out pretty late and chill with your friends or family. they offer food and drink, even alcohol.

It's a run down kids emporium. A bit overpriced for what you get. Staff was sparse and mostly high school kids. Bathrooms smelled horrible.

I was very disappointed to be assigned two lanes that were completely filthy with food and drinks all over the floors and tables. After asking them to clean it they brought the absolute dirtiest mop to clean the floor. Had to go back to get a rag to clean the tables. I just did not want to touch anything after this.

First time having a walk-in children party. Purchased the whole package for 9 children which included 3 attractions (bowling, jumping and laser tag) and $10 arcade card. I didn't have any support from the staff besides getting the pizza we ordered. I brought everything with me paper plates, cutlery, and decorations. I found a place for us to settle and purchased everything myself. The children had fun and every attraction was very entertaining. The pizzas they were a little over cooked.

This place is horrible for small children! I have a 4-year-old granddaughter and a 2-year-old grandson, and I have taken them here a couple of times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time assuming that possibly they were shorthanded and took them back a second time. There is absolutely NO SUPERVISION in the play area whatsoever. Parents are often scarce or are too busy with their phones to supervise their kids. Children running backwards UP the slides preventing kids from sliding down, had my granddaughter in tears. My grandson couldn't even climb up to slide because of other children wrestling, running, tumbling on the actual stairway to get up to the slides. I realize that we weren't the only people there and others spent their money to play in the area as well, but this place is out of control. I spoke with the lady at the counter on my out, but she could obviously care less since I paid my money as I entered the play area and not on my out.Won't be returning....ever!

Attended there on 02/12/24 for an outing with some co-workers. This was my first time of hearing about this place.I must say that after reading the comment reviews left, I'm 95% in agreeance with the comment reviews that were left. Especially the one comment that mentioned that there was a horrible smell. To me, it was coming from the arcade area. The other comment that I agree with, was to see whom I believe was the manager to be talking to her employees like that.I will say that the layout was cool. I was looking to hold my grandson party there next month. However, with the most recent reviews, I may consider choosing somewhere else.Felicity.

My family has been going to this establishment for the last five years. My son enjoys the games, and many of his friends have celebrated birthdays here. Multiple times, I have gone and taken my nephew with us, and I was never told that there was a charge to go into the room that has the slides/ball pens or that it required a wristband. Today, my husband took my son and was approached in a very demeaning way by the manager. He was told that he stealing because it cost $8.00, and my son needed a wristband. We have no problem paying the $8.00, but for a manager to approach a parent and my son in this matter, I was applauded. It's not about the money but about not having good customer service and then approaching someone in a rude and defensive manner when they ask a question. When did this policy change? My family stayed because we had promised my son he could go. Being a Director for a corporate organization, customer service plays a role in your establishment. After entering the door, my husband did find the sign, and as I stated prior, we have no problem paying, but this could have been handled in a more respectful way.
