Lake House

We had great food and excellent service. We celebrated my daughter's birthday at the beginning of a snow storm, so the place was quiet. But everyone from the host, bartender, to server made sure that my daughter felt very special and celebrated. Wine choices were good, we loved the zucchini chips, everyone enjoyed their meals. Can't wait to go back. :-)

Great spot for date night! We are so excited about the new menu and changes at the lake house! Best onion rings, the wings were excellent along with everything else that we got. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and service was great. We will be back regularly!

Great experience overall! We got the zucchini chips as an appetizer- they were good and cooked to perfection. We both got the spicy pork ragu and it was delicious! The service was great too

Much better than the last owner! A few suggestions but they did a great job. Waiter was excellent and food was top notch. Next time add more pasta (rigatoni) to the huge amount of sauce! The only thing that really sucked was the giant dry tasteless meatball appetizer. You guys need to work on that!

We just had a really beautiful and delicious lunch here! The restaurant is gorgeous with great views of the lake, and the service is spot on. We all ordered the shrimp and lobster roll and would all come back just to have it again. My only suggestion is a more visible sign from the street as it was easy to miss. Overall fantastic experience!

Went on Saturday night and sat at the bar. We got the Burrata appetizer and it was amazing, very fresh and full of great flavors. For dinner we got the carbonara guanciale (egg, linguini, black pepper) and split it - wow! Such a great dish, highly recommend and it is a big enough portion for two. The service was great and very friendly, and we got to see some familiar, friendly faces from when it was Port City Club. The rest of the menu looks great, can't wait to go back.

Our first visit here was so enjoyable, we returned a week later ... four of us had great service, creative and tasty food and a wonderful experience. This place is a hidden gem. I hope those discouraged by the restaurant that previously occupied this space visit Lake House. Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. It's on repeat on our calendar.

My parents, boyfriend and I went here for my Mom's 60th! We enjoyed the atmosphere, same as Port City Club but just a nice mix of fancy and casual. We each ordered a glass of wine and then a calamari for the table. The wine was yummy. Our server (Jay i think?) was super friendly and kind. Calamari came out, but was so salty we couldn't eat it. They explained this was just a one time error with a mix up in the kitchen, so we hope to try it another time! Our server was very nice about it though and we swapped it for the truffle mushroom flatbread which was great! Ordered a sea bass, shrimp saganaki, wagyu burger and chicken piccata. Also, had a side of risotto and creamed spinach. Everything was pretty good and well cooked! the french fries were especially a highlight for me. Food is on the pricier side but portions were great and it's a great date night or celebration spot. We will keep it in mind for future celebrations!

Enjoyed our work holiday party/dinner at Lake House this evening. Apps were great (feta, zucchini chips, trio dip, and mushroom flatbread), drinks were good too, but the entrees were incredible. Everyone was pleased with their meals from Steak, to SHRIMP SAGANAK, to eggplant parm, to paella. Everything was fresh and delicious. Recommend you try it soon.
