We stopped at the brewery across the street on a rainy day adventure and needed lunch. The bartender recommended La Jarocha if we "like authentic Mexican food". He wasn't kidding and it's spicier than the Tex-Mex I'm used to, at least in the enchiladas with verde sauce. We also got the burrito Al pastor, a cheese quesadilla for the kids, and a side of pork pupusas. Everything was tasty, and the staff was very friendly. We didn't eat in, but the interior is clean and comfortable.

This place is small and may look like a bit of a dive, but talk about a hidden gem! Staff was super friendly, but the food was the highlight. The Al Pastor burrito is one of the best burritos I've ever had: the pork was perfectly seasoned, beans were very tasty, the tortilla had been grilled prior, and all the veggies were super fresh. A couple of drops of the green hot sauce and I was set! Daughter had a steak quesadilla that was full of steak, very good. I highly recommend this place. Don't judge them by the cover, but by that amazing Al pastor!!!

Yay!!! Yum!!! This will be a go-to for us. :)We got the pastor burrito, the chicken empanadas, and a steak quesadilla- they were all super delicious! The staff is fully bilingual, and the menu is too. :) So inviting to everyone. :)

2nd visit in a month. Again the food was amazing. Mother and daughter team. Mom cooks and daughter handles the counter. Extremely authentic. Nice atmosphere.

I'll admit, the food is bangin'. They have a pretty good menu with a variety of items. I wish they had tripe as an option for tacos, etc. I will say that I feel the prices are a kind of high.

Food was descent-service was absolutely horrible. Girl in the front copped an attitude because I'm white and with a Mexican man. It was clearly obvious as he saw it as well. That's too bad y'all are racist there or we would have come back multiple times.

I've been here twice, and each time i experienced the same ting: a Waitress that acted like she wasn't all that interested in my business. The food is good but the service is lacking and the restaurant itself could use some decor and cleaning. There are so few restaurants in Siler City, it's really disappointing that a potentially good restaurant would risk losing customers because they are rude and need to clean up.

I was in Siler City for an appointment at 1:00 and was craving authentic Mexican food. I decided to try La Jarocha and I was not disappointed, more like pleasantly surprised. I had the barbacoa and chorizo, both came with cabbage, cilantro, onions and radishes on corn tortillas and were served with red and green salsa and lime. They were so succulent, everything you could ask for and nothing you don't need. The focus was on quality, and it showed. I will be eating here again!
