Great breakfast and lunch options.Super tasty and quite inexpensive for breakfast for 2. The veggie omelet was huge, so as were the grits. The bacon was a bit overcooked.The place is nice and neat. They run only limited hours so check the schedule.

This place doesn't get enough love. A Charlotte classic : Kopper Kettle.Don't expect anything fancy. This place looks like it is stuck in the '70s with brown decor everywhere. However, the service is great (our waitress was wearing reindeer antlers and a smile the whole time- it's December, after all) The prices are phenomenal and have not changed on what I ordered since before 2020 hit ! Now THAT'S good business management and I'd bet they own the building too. My biscuits and gravy cost $4.25. The biscuits were nice and fluffy. Sawmill gravy is not my favorite but it's good here. Now, if they had sausage gravy, I think I'd be here once a week ! The browned potatoes were $2.50. These weren't as good as the last time. These here were more like fried mashed potatoes, but they were still good. Hubby's french toast biscuits and syrup were $5. You MUST get this if you haven't tried it ! The crunch of the toasted, fried biscuits brings french toast to another level. I don't think this is actually on the menu, but ask for it and the staff will know what you are talking about before you even finish your sentence. You can get the french toast biscuit as a sandwich too. You tip at the table and then bring your check to the register just like the 'ol days.Open until 11:30am only.

First Timer! I think they noticed- but the good news, I will definitely be back. Went for a late lunch. The place was so clean- which I very much appreciate. We happen to be the only ones there so service was quick. My table got a Grilled Cheese and a Pita Burger. Both Hot, Fresh and Yummy. When paying at the counter they told us to come back for breakfast on Saturday's "It's a Fun Time" So I will be sure to go. Always love supporting local and family owned.

If you miss the old Greek diners, there's one right here. We got two big breakfasts for very cheap and everything was fantastic. The grilled biscuit, the hash browns, the sausage was all excellent. I miss places like this being everywhere.

Two words: Grilled Biscuits most authentic and charming ambiance. Great quality food, unmatched customer service. Feels like going to a friend's house for breakfast. Sara the owner is super friendly.

I meet ex coworkers here for lunch. Food is good and decor is neat. Was closed last time we went.

Nasty. Plastic cheese. Dirty. Dark. Rat hole Employees are always friendly. Quality of the food is subpar

Good homestyle food. Friendly, courteous staff, very reasonable prices. Their pork chops are the best, fried or grilled. Coffee is always fresh. Open for breakfast and lunch only.
