Overall good. I've had better (both food & service). I've had way worse. The food was just as the menu described but just was not five stars. The service was good, we sat at the bar but there seemed not to be a "Bartender" just a server covering both the bar and tables, he was very friendly but lacked the sense of urgency, just sorta rolled with everything. We sat a few times with out beverages or lack of attention (slow to take order, dirty dishware, ect. ). If we're in the area I would go back, we live about 25 miles away so no special trip just to eat there.Overall a solid 4 stars.

Easy parking, great atmosphere, right down the street from downtown but off the beaten path. Our waiter was attentive, quick and friendly. We got the Rich box, black panther roll, and the sashimi sampler platter. Everything was plated beautifully and delicious, you could tell the sashimi was very fresh. Will definitely be back here!

Located in downtown Greenville walking distance from Falls Park, this Asian eatery is refreshing and hits the spot for your sushi or hibachi fix. Staff are friendly and the restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed our steak bento box and the Stairway to Heaven sushi roll. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I have been coming here for a bit, but a few small things bother me that kept me from writing the review. You know when you're just rooting for something and you're on the cusp just hoping for that Simone Biles killer routine..... Well, I decided to bite the bullet and write it already, because the things that have bothered me are still present.One of my biggest things, is consistency. Any food I had here tasted wonderful, outside of getting the filet mignon roll. The steak somehow was fatty. The only thing I can rationalize is it wasn't filet, because that slices like butter!With the consistency part being stated, the dishes I get outside of the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice literally look different every time. The first time I had the Sleeping Beauty Roll it was out of this world. Over flowing with strawberries (I know that sounds weird, but it oddly tasted good), cucumber, and avocado on top of the roll. Every time after that, it was sad and small looking. It still tasted good, but that set the bar high and the dish looks different every time I get it never living up to my first experience.Then there's the service. Same thing. I've had times where we haven't had refills, been asked how our food is or if we need anything, brought extra napkins, etc. We've had servers just leave us at the table and we've had to get up and ask for the check, and times where we don't. I don't love to be rushed, but there is a balance with quality service/being checked on and also not pushing someone out the door. The women's restroom consists of two stalls. One of which the lock doesn't work, and I have been coming here for about a year and a half. How has the door not been fixed yet?! Lol. Ahhhhh! The temperature inside has also been uncomfortably freezing cold at times. That one is a toughie. Bring a sweater if you can just in case.Before I initially came here, I was on the fence because of the reviews I had read. I always check between Yelp and Google Maps because not everyone uses the other and it gives me more perspective. One of the things someone mentioned, was how a lot of their rolls have cream cheese and that wasn't authentic. I did notice that since it was pointed out, and my husband doesn't do cream cheese. I would just say omit it. In any event, I'm sure if you asked them to make a roll with certain ingredients they would. Another point made, was how the gyoza didn't come with ponzu sauce. Total feels on that one! The spring rolls also came with an unexpected sauce. I will say that although it's not what you'd expect their food is delicious and fresh. Coming from South Florida trying to find good sushi while in upstate (inland) South Carolina is no small feat! Oh the things you take for granted. This has probably been my favorite in Greenville County.The first time I brought my sister here she had a roll that had melted cheese on it baked in the oven. I have no words for that. Ew!!! She loved it. Good for her lol. I can see how this would be weird to most of us. I think they're trying to think outside of the box on a few of these. For the items I have tried, if you like tuna, the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice is amazing. I have it every time, and it's like a party is occurring with my tastebuds! 10/10! The highway 9 made with soy paper opposed to seaweed is also so good! I do still love the Sleeping Beauty Roll, but I wish it was at the standard I first had it. I don't get it every time now. We've also had the Red Rose Roll which we like. That's Shrimp tempura and spicy mayo inside. Topped with tuna, jalapeño, Sweet chili sauce, eel sauce and spicy mayo.The location is very close to the Reedy Falls and Main Street. There are a few parking spots in front of the Orange Theory for the restaurant that have marked signs. You are able to be parked there for two hours at no charge . There is usually "parking police" as the other spots you have to pay for. If you're able to get street parking and intend on staying longer, maybe do that instead.I hope one day to change this to a 5 star rating because the potential is 100% there!I have other photos on here that for whatever reason aren't linking with this review. Incredible food! Our group ordered the egg rolls, spring rolls, crab rangoons, gyoza to share and all were great! Bang bang shrimp was a popular choice. Sesame chicken was breaded perfectly with just right amount of sauce. NY strip bowl had steak cooked to perfectly requested medium. Definitely recommend!
