Komma Tea

Komma Tea is a cute little boba shop right inside Concord Mills that serves milk teas, fruit teas, and a wide selections of macarons made in house. The aesthetic of the shop is really nice and the menu was easy to read.My partner needed some coffee to wake up, so he got the iced cafe latte and he liked it. I got the oolong milk tea as 75% sweet w/ boba. It was pretty good but it was a bit too milky to my liking.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I've tried this place twice thinking that maybe the first time was made by an inexperienced person. First time I got a regular milk tea. The second time I got one that was recommended by the person working there, dragon dream. Totally yuck. I do not have a sophisticated palate, so if it was mediocre, I'd still like it. But both times, thr drink was so watery. It was flavored water. The only people I've ever seen working here (at both locations in concord mills) were teenagers that looked like this was their first job. That's why I gave it a second chance. And the price! I know it's the mall and all but starbucks refresher is better and cheaper. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

Second time coming to this place and the boba was not ready at 11am. The tea just tastes better with boba.

This place brews boba with real tea leaves from Taiwan, which is a big authentic step up from many places. The workers made my drink wrong, but I heard them discussing amongst themselves and correcting it behind the scenes, which is another bonus point for attention to detail. In summary, it's a typical mall boba shop but it's pretty good overall, four stars.

First time trying this place today. Reasonably priced, lots of options, tasty, and fast service. I would return.

So happy Concord Mills have this gem. Tired of same boring drinks. Step into wild with komma tea. I get tarro milk tea. Everytime I visit the Mills i always pick up and try different drink at Komma Tea. Sometimes they can get really busy and have long wait line but they two locations so your good. Give this place a try.

Visited for the first time on a Tuesday evening. They were dead and had two girls working. I ordered a mango green tea with honey boba and a classic Thai tea with honey boba. Both were delicious and I would definitely go back. My only reason for taking a star off was the service could have been a little more friendly and welcoming.

My family and I went to Concord Mills for a girls day out, some of my cousins got thirsty and wanted to try shop for some boba tea. Four us went and placed an order separately, when it was younger cousin's turn to order and pay she ordered the drink she wanted and waited for the cashier to tell her to pay. The original cashier was struggling to enter the cash amount and asked for help, at that time my cousin said she could just use a card if that's easier. And one of the other associates thought he heard that we were struggling to pay and said very loudly "IF YALL CANT PAY FOR DRINK THEN STEP OVER AND ILL HELP SOMEONE WHO CAN!!". At that point I became very frustrated with him, I do not recommend this location to anyone.
