I have ordered from Kochi three times in the past month. I like the Teppanaki noodles with chicken and shrimp with ginger sauce on the side. Don't forget to ask for the ginger sauce. It takes the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. Broccoli and shredded carrots and other veggies are in the dish. It's very tasty and I usually have leftovers that tastes even better the next day after marinating in the juices overnight. I highly recommend Kochi by the Lake. For our convenience you can call in your order and pick it up at their drive thru window. I usually order and my daughter picks it up on her way home from work.

I really wanted to like this place since it's convenient. Unfortunately, the food really was as bland as I had read in other reviews. My "low carb" plate was swimming in water. The steak was ordered medium rare and was way over cooked and tough. Nearly inedible but after spending so much, I wasn't going to let it go to waste. I'm not sure if maybe it was just an off night or if this is typically the case here.

Blandest hibachi food I've ever had. The rice was pretty much just long grain white rice with frozen peas and carrots. No flavor whatsoever. The protein was fine, I got chicken and steak. On par quality, but again, no flavor whatsoever. It tastes like it wasn't seasoned with anything at all and cooked in a splash of soy sauce. The noodles were spaghetti noodles with what tasted like a small splash of soy sauce. Very very very bland overall. The shrimp sauce was o also pretty thin with minimal flavor.

This was a devastating experience, you go up to the register, and nobody acts like they know what they're doing because it looks like everybody just goes to the drive-throughEverybody was just standing around, cutting up, we ordered our food, and I left a tip to give to my server. If I knew that I was going to have to be my server then I would've kept my money. I had to get my food, get my own pepper shaker, get my own hot sauce, and then throw my food away and then go to the front and ask for a refill the drink why four people were standing around. Nobody waited on anybody. My chicken was burnt as you can see in the photograph, there was more burn, taste on the side or grill taste where the grill looks like it wasn't cleaned This place went downhill ever since the owner and his wife split up and the person got caught selling marijuana out the window and now this place is a shit hole
