Kings Drive Farmers Market

This is my favorite farmers market in the Charlotte area. The owners have had this location for years and they have such great appreciation for their customers and pride in the quality of their food and vendors. They only open 3 days a week and they're seasonal so you can't visit daily but when they're open they're packed out!! They're neat and organized and have 2 parking lots for your convenience. If you've never been here, you're missing out! They have fresh seasonal produce, and plants and also vendors that offer seafood, meat and a variety of baked goods. The staff and workers speak to you and make you feel like they value you as a customer and that means A LOT to me! I give my money to those that show me they appreciate it.

Great farmers market! They had plenty of parking across the street to park and walk over. When you enter, there was a couple individual vendors selling baked goods, eggs, fresh cut flowers etc. When you keep on walking, it is a large open concept of produce. They have anything you can think of from apples to lemons and limes to potato's to strawberries etc. they had signs on some of the food that said it was from Florida or North Carolina. Not all of it was labeled though. My only complaint is that I didn't see any produce specifically labels organic. The workers were so nice and helpful!!They also had an area with plants. It was huge with all different types of flowers, plants, trees etc. and very decently priced. I will be back!

Haven't been here for years and it's even better! Tons of fresh fruits and veggies and still pretty reasonably priced considering it's fresh and you don't have to worry it's molded like packaged fruit from the grocery store!

This is a nice small neighborhood market that never disappoints! From fresh fruits vegetables breads and plants. It has it all.

My mom told me about this farmers market . We decided to go together awhile ago, for I was searching a bunch of fruits n veggies at affordable pricing due to me juicing at home . I was aware of this location but always by passed it . Please note if you decide to go please bring cash . I'm Glad we stopped in I did stock up on alot of well needed items . Everything here is fresh and a lot of variety . They even have plants as well .

We really like this farmer's market, and most of the vendors are really nice, but we've had some racist experiences with a few of them, so just keep that in mind. If you're a POC expect to have one or more of the cashiers keeping an extra eye on you, whispering about if you're stealing, or straight up asking if you're stealing. As a white person with a POC I can see the difference in how I'm treated vs how she's treated there. Again, good selection of veggies, fruits, meats, and even honey, cheese, nuts, and baked goods for pretty great prices too. Just a few funky people working there.

This market had a lot of vendors selling produce and plants. There was a stall or two that sold home baked goods. The produce was bountiful, fresh and reasonably priced. There wasn't a lot of parking but people came and went quickly to free up parking space. Wish they had fresh cut flowers, cheeses and jams.

Great farmers market open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. They offer any fresh produce you would like. As well as fresh seafood, flowers and meats and baked goods. I bought some peaches and strawberries, they were so fresh and delicious. They have several cashiers so it makes it easy to check out. It's very easy to spend a lot of money here because everything looks shed smells so fresh. This is definitely a must try farmers market.

I love this farmers market. Everything is always fresh, fruit & vegetables are always of exceptional quality and Ive never stumbled on a bad batch on produce. Its a great prime location and their hours work with my schedule. Their white cherries when they are in season ARE THE BOMB.COM!!!

The selection is fine but I experienced homophobic comments from a couple of the vendors. Some of them are clearly not LGBTQ+ friendly. I see from other reviews that people have experienced racism from the vendors as well. It's disheartening to try to support local farms, only for these derogatory remarks to come up. Disappointing.
