This place is HUGE. It's almost a little overwhelming. We came here for a birthday party. The facility itself was clean but the majority of the people working here that were attending the rides were on their phones most of the time. The whole place reeked of weed.

We took our 1 year old (20 months old) on Saturday around 3 pm. The place is huge, with a lot to do. She had fun in the bounce houses, the spinny wheels, and the mermaid ride. We got a funnel cake which tasted great. My only complaints are: the place seemed dirty, food all over on the floors, which I'm aware they can't clean 24/7. Some staff seemed really depressed, but were otherwise friendly. We would recommend Kids Play and Cafe in Easley over Kangaroo Jax for the fact that KPC has more things for the kids to burn energy, it's cleaner, and really leans on peaking the child's imagination and learning.

The best indoor fun. My 4 year old Grandson loves everything-the bounce house- jumping- giant slides- kiddie rides- and the play store & Post Office area. Most kids are young (toddlers and older toddlers) so it's a safe fun environment for the little ones. You can see you child from the concession seating area if you are comfortable not following them around. You can buy gripper socks if you didn't bring your own. The concession stand is similar to aMovie theatre. We always grab an IceeOn the way out for the ride home. We drive from Spartanburg here- it's that fun.

While baby sitting my 2 year old great great nephew, I planned a visit to Kangaroo Jax. Kangaroo Jax is an inside play area for children( adults too if you're playing with your child or children). I completed the online safety waiver, filled out the minor child's name, and the people participating. I was totally confused by this section, because I also had my 11 yr. old great niece with me. I put both of our names down as participating. The participating part means that you will be doing the play activities with the minor child. My niece was the one that participated, but by me misunderstanding that question. I paid for myself too, and if you're not participating you don't have to pay. I got my confirmation email, you can also fill out a waiver on-site. We arrived around 10:45, and it wasn't very crowded at opening, but by the time we left 2 hours later it was packed. There is A LOT to keep the little ones and older children entertained. There's a party area, a small section with a few arcade type games, face painting, snack area, picnic tables. You are required to play with your shoes off, but with socks on. You can also purchase socks on-site for $3 if you don't have them with you. There are places to sit and watch , or for the participants that the children have worn out to catch their breath. There are even 3 of those massage chairs for the adults. My nephew had a great time, he was like a little hurricane, my niece was sweating and out of breath trying to keep up with him. Shout out to my niece for being my nephew's play mate!! I could not have done it without her!! It's a nice place in a safe environment( you still gotta watch your kids), and it's inside with no worries about the weather stopping the fun. As usual, it's always nice to spend time with family.

Had a blast hopping around in all the inflatables with my one year old. They have a littles section for 5 and under which was cute but kinda limited. There's definitely more for kids a bit older to do. They had an awesome indoor playground with a purple snake slide that was probably my son's favorite thing there. The tiny crab Ferris wheel was freaking adorable. The arcade was pretty small and the staff seem a bit disengaged, like mentally checked out. The guy at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. I would definitely check it out again. Great way for kids to get some energy out!

I must say that I'm giving this review as a mom of 2 pretty tough and older kids of 5 and 8. This place was a great option for an indoor playdate 3 years in counting as a meeting point for our long lasting friend group. The place itself was clean and seemed well taken care of. The majority of the staff was ready to assist at the front of the building. The 4 stars rather than 5 is because it seemed as though when it was crowded I would have liked to see more staff circulating to help manage the inflatables. At multiple points it seemed a bit chaotic. Though it could have been an off day. We didn't get any food but we saw options fromChips and doughnuts to coffee and corn dogs.

My daughter asked to go to Monkey Joe's for her 5th birthday. When we realized it had gone out of business, we found Kangaroo Jax and decided to give it a try. We went on a Tuesday from 4 - 6pm, and there were only 2 other family's there. I imagine a Saturday would have been much busier, but we were spoiled having the whole place to ourselves. The kids, ranging in age from 5-10, had an absolute blast! The slides were fast and slick, the play area was clean, and the staff was helpful. I spoke with the owner who was on site, and he is passionate about continuing to improve on the location. He was currently assembling a new slide that he had gotten from a trade show. There are 2 areas for younger children, so that they aren't toppled over by larger kids. There is a mini ferris wheel and a carousel that are included with admission. This is a great way to spend a rainy or cold winter day. We will definitely be back here again!

This is the best place for kids 10 and under in my opinion. It was the perfect fun indoor play place we have been to. I mean, come on, they have a Ferris wheel and merry-go-round for the kids. They also had a small arcade, jungle gyms, slides, a toddler unit to itself (5&under), a few more rides and lots of fun blow-up bouncy houses. Every staff member we met was amazing! And they had a huge selection at the concession unlike anywhere else we have been. This will be our new go to spot for sure for the kids. We have a 4 and 6 yr old. And they were still begging to stay after 2 and 1/2 hrs. You won't be disappointed if you give it a try.
